Irukas Letter

Iruka was busy yelling at the class to be quiet when he heard a knock at the classroom door so he walked up and opened the door. To see Kurenai there "Hello Iruka, Lady Tsunade needs to see you I will take over your class for today." Iruka nods and headed towards the Hokages office 'What would Lady Hokage want with me? Could something of happened?'

Iruka then walks into the Hokages office to see Tsunade and Jiraiya standing there. Jiraiya looked like he cried for a week straight while Tsunade just had a dull dead look upon her face.

"Lady Hokage you called me here." He said as she looked up at him straight in the face and just held out some paper "Iruka I think you need to read this. And you have a week off from your duty I think you'll need that after you read what this says."

Iruka furrowed his brows as he looked and read the paper.

'Iruka I've always thought of you as an father. You took me out to eat ramen whenever you could. You always took care of me and punish me when I'm in trouble because you cared about me'

Iruka looked up from the paper to Tsunade "This is from Naruto?" He asked

She just nodded her head. "Continue reading please."

He nodded

'I know when we first meet you thought of me as a demon but then you started thinking and knowing I'm just a child and I ain't the Kyuubi. You think of me as Naruto Uzamaki not as the demon fox who attacked the village. Sadly not everyone think as you do. Iruka dont blame yourself for my death because it would've happened sooner or later.'

"DEATH!!" Yelled Iruka as he looked at her frantically she nods "He committed suicide on October the 10." Irukas eyes widens as tears spilt out. He thought of Naruto like a little brother as someone he wanted to care for. He just turned around walked out of the Hokages office and headed towards his home.

He was greeted several times on the street but he didnt even answer them all he did was clutch the letter Naruto wrote. As he became dull and emotionless when he got home all he did was sit on the bed cried and reread the letter over and over again. He stayed like that for several days until he went back to the Hokages office so he could see Narutos grave.

"Naruto you always loved this spot right here under the cherry blossom tree. I always found you here under it whenever you dont come to school. You say that it helps you think, sitting her with the wind blowing your hair and it tickling you nose." Iruka laughs as he reminisces about all the times he caught Naruto here.
