Russel already noticed it earlier after he came back from his short trip with Jonah. After looking at Russel with a grim look on his face, Gian turned around and left Russel without speaking a word with him. He then quietly stepped inside his carriage and told them it was time to go back.

Ever since they got inside the carriage, Gian did not open his mouth to talk with Russel. He tried to make a lot of different topics, but Gian was intentionally ignoring him. He was treating Russel like air. This made Russel really confused.
