Gian kept on shouting Russel's name although it was all futile and useless. He kept on searching for anything that resembles the familiar metal stick in his memory. The thoughts of his weakened state instantly banished from his head. His heart starting to beat harder and faster, his adrenaline slowly rose from his chest and crawled up inside his body. His brain started to fire out different thoughts like a running horse at the same time. Half of his brain gave him the reasons that Russel was alright and the other half bombarded him with every negative thought that something bad happened to Russel.
