Mike Qian has been attending Jeffrey Leng's trial from the first day it began. Because of Jeffrey Leng's reputation, the public has been following his case closely. The family and friends of the victim had come over to watch the trials. The media was following this high-profile case. Everyone wanted to see him punished and not get away with his crime. 

As there were many victims, in this case, it was expected that the trial would take months before the jury will come up with the verdict.
