Chapter 13
-an hour before contamination breach-

I am now pressed in time to finish this weapon to combat the increasing animated dead of horrors. My daughter Avaline gone missing one year ago. After that eventful day, my daughter did not come back from her lab. I was devastated to where my daughter was. But a year ago, there was a mysterious video sent from my daughter one year before her disappearance. My daughter revealed to me the SCP-001 plan to infect everyone on site-14. After knowing this, I used my level 5 access and forced site-14 into lockdown. But that too did not hinder the SCP-001 plan; it just made it easier to infect people as they don't have a way to get out. I found out that my daughter had finished her A.I. she made. Instead of making a brain from scratch, she decided to use her mind as a reference. I found out that she went bellow level 80 to study the objects up close. But unfortunately, she wasn't swayed by the limitless power the purpose can give to humanity. Fanatics captured her and called her a heretic. The artifact is manipulating their minds into submission. But one of my discoveries when I hacked site-14 database almost all the live subject humans are innocent and convicted of false charges, knowing this I'm devastated. I just realized I helped a mad man in his efforts to condemn humanity to hell. Scrolling through all the people I helped killed, I find TS #310 and his case files, his name is Joseph Maiava; he was top when it comes to gorilla warfare, stealth, and ambush. With the lack of power, he counters it with intricate tactics. He also showed being resourceful than any recruits that join SCP. knowing this; I set my sight on making him a weapon that could vaporize enemies. Because when I tested if the failed experiments die, they get back up when their heads shoot off; the only way they die is to leave no trace of the body behind. But because of time constraints, I can't give more time to testing on the test subjects. After further study, I have concluded the genetic modification is combining the new DNA strand to original morphing them into a new species I called them Necromorph.
(A/N: for those who don't know if you separate necro meaning combining, and morph meaning changing. So the Necromorph came tobe because of connecting DNA stands to our own changing our genetic makeup, at least what I understand about Necromorph hit me up if I'm wrong. This theory is my scientific take on the Necromoph, so don't be mad.)
I downloaded all my knowledge to Ava, including the weapon that could combat the Necromorph.
Years passed, and everything in site-14 ether turns or gone mad. Somehow Dr. Shou amplified the electromagnetic of SCP-001. I finally finish the weapon after some years now. But before I could deliver the gun down to Joseph in the stasis pod room. I meet my long lost daughter, Avaline.
Dr. Amari: "Avaline, is that you, I miss you." I hug Avaline, but Avaline stabbed me through the chest. I looked at Avaline in confusion. And found out that it was a hallucination created by my mind for missing my daughter. What is in front of me was a disfigured face with spikes protruding out of its back. I looked at this but just smiled.
Dr. Amari: "ah, this must be my punishment for all the life I had taken," I said before everything went black.

(A/N: Sorry about the last three to four chapter of Dr. Amari pov, I needed to do this as she can give an explanation to the Necromorph and give the MC an OP weapon I will be using in the next ark. I know that this last chapter's have been dull, and I'm sorry for that the next chapter will be the beginning of the action and introducing the weapon)
