Yeti

After some time had passed, our truck drove towards the abandoned monastery. The soldier I am currently riding with said that the high-value target said to head towards that monastery. And that the entrance toward Shambala is in that monastery. They also found out that I have escaped and are now tracking me down.

I listened in to one of the people that was talking nearby. I was surprised that Nate is still running around gunning down his enemies. But then I remembered that he is fortunate and hard to kill by an army of armed men. Right now, I could hear gun shooting in the distance that I could only assume was Nate fighting.

After a few minute's drive, we arrived at the abandoned monastery, which looked haunted in some way. I felt like something in stocking our group right now. I heard people nearby talking about me again.

Soldier #1: "do you think that the Devil guy would come here to get his revenge." he said while taking a puff of smoke.

Soldier #2: "If that guy that escaped survived in this cold, which he didn't, our men did not give him any clothes when he tried to escape in these snowy mountains." he said while laughing at the guy who asked the question. The other pitched in with their conversation.

Soldier #3: "Besides, The Devil is just one man how far could he go when he fights an army." he said while puffing cold breath.

Soldier #1: "Uhm, you don't get it. The Devil is an army by himself; he took down waves of people by himself." he said while shaking in fear.

Soldier #3: "stop being a pussy will ye if you're so scared of him then run away."

I listened to them silently while I smirked under my mask; they never thought that I had someone helping me on their side. After hearing about all the information, I stopped listening to the soldiers and started walking around.

Then I saw Chloe and Flynn. I was going to go there with them and pretend to be one of the guards, but a brute soldier stopped me from going there.

Brute: "hey, aren't you one of the first team that will be going in the abandoned monastery." he said with a suspicious look on his face. I calmed myself down and answered his question.

Joseph: "Yes, I am just looking for a weapon to use," I said calmly while looking at the brute who was suspiciously looking at me. "I lost my weapon when we were in the village, so I was looking around for a spare."

Brute: "okay, then follow me, I will lead you to the truck that hands out weapons." he said while letting go of his suspicious look on me.

After a few minute's walk, we arrived at the truck that gave out guns. The brute next to me got a GAU-19 Gatling gun, which I frown why they would need that much firepower just for some old monastery. I wasn't able to finish my thought when they handed me the SAS-12 shotgun.

Brute: "get ready; we will be the first team that enters the monastery." I look at them with confusion. I don't want them to be suspicious about me, so I followed the brute towards a group of people who are getting ready.

After a few minutes of waiting, we slowly entered the monastery while the rest stayed behind. I looked toward Chloe, who was with Zoran Lazarević, I looked around more, but I could not find the guy who tortured me. I was going to look around some more, but the men around me started to form into the formation.

I was in front of the group with three more people with me, and there are two brutes behind us while in the middle are a standard soldier with an M4.

We slowly creeped toward the monastery, which triggered my warning bells in my head. After getting deeper inside the monastery, I heard low all around us. I heard lots of footsteps on the roofs and walls. All of a sudden something jumped behind us, I looked at the thing that was behind the brutes.

I saw a human-sized gorilla with what looked like ram horns on his head and sharp teeth ready to tear us apart. I could only think of the mythical creatures that lived in the mountains.

Joseph: "Yeti.. watch out behind.." but before I could finish my words. Another Yeti attacked the man beside me. I didn't hesitate and pointed my weapon towards the beast, but when I fired my gun, it did nothing to the creature. But I saw the Yeti backed away in pain, which signaled to fire more rounds into the Yeti.

I kept firing my shotgun at the creature till I successfully killed it, which was a reassuring sigh for me as I could just pump them full of lead. When I saw more Yeti coming down to fight us, I was going to fire more rounds but found out that I ran out of ammo. I looked around and found out that one of the people who were using the GAU-19 Gatling gun died, so I ran toward his corps and grabbed his heavy weapon.

I started firing my new weapon onto those creatures, killing as much as possible before I ran out of bullets. After killing about 12 Yeti, my gun is finally empty. But I shot almost all the creatures that are here. I looked around and found out that all the men that came with me are all dead. I could still hear howls nearby, and I know that I could not take anymore without any firepower. I grabbed one of the shotguns that were lying around and ran toward the exit of the monastery.

Before I could see the exit, something jumped on me; I looked at who dropped me and saw the creature that was chasing me. I was going to use my gun, but it smacked my weapon away. I hurriedly made a blood-red machete and stabbed the Yetis right eye and left it in there. Then I ran toward the gun he just smacked away and grabbed it and fired it toward the Yeti, killing the creatures.

I started running again as I could still hear them chasing after me when I got out, I slowly felt relieved that more people were here outside, protecting the entrance. One of the men came towards me to question me.

Soldier: "where is your team, and what did you find there." when I heard his questioning, I looked at him with a stern look on my eyes and told him what I saw.

Joseph: "a Creature killed all of them…"
