Epilogue: The End

Nina rose early today since she wanted to visit the state library.

After leaving her three year old baby girl with Allan, she went to the library.

She took out an old big book which had great designs. She opened it and she saw all the pictures which displayed the portraits of Kings and Queens in every page. The portraits were of the rulers which came Axel and Corrie.

She saw their son standing with his Queen. All the portraits drawn were of the couples, a tradition passed down. She carresed his picture and flipped the page. As soon as she did...great tears rolled down from her eyes to the book wetting it completely.

The picture was that of Axel and Corrie looking intimately at each other as if they were the only person whom they adored and love in the world. Their eyes said so many things...the painter was able to reflect it perfectly, it was a great masterpiece!

The look in their eyes said it all. The longer one looked at it the more realistic and alive it looked

The painting had come alive.

"She is well. She is happy", Nina cried with joy.

She stayed the whole day in the library reading the whole thick book..woah!

She went home happily.

She looked up to the sky and whispered,"Remembering you always!"
