THE RAID

Day 3

Location= The Agency HQ

Time = 1987

Mind = WORKING

You walk out side of the HQ to waiting for Mandeep. You hear a truck coming from the base. The trucks comes crashing through the wall and passes right by you. The truck stopes with a drift almost doing a barrel roll. You run and open the door.

You: Can you be more careful?

Mandeep: Get in, We don't have much time.

You: You found out where they are?

Mandeep: I did and I got a bad news they are sending Carle and Iris for the mission. Anne

however *sign*

You: What happened?

Mandeep: I didn't found any data on her. Not even a her name was mentioned in the entire thing.

You: How did you find all this information?

Mandeep: I got my people in the KGB and CIA.

Took me years to build a network. But now i got the news that my agents are being killed here and there. Situation is not getting better.

You climb into the truck and sit next to Mandeep. As you close the door and starts the truck.

You: How do you build a network?

Mandeep: I- Where to start? During my mission in vietnam. I save a woman i didn't knew who she was with. I didn't even bothered to ask. But for saving her life she allowed to me access the information. I never saw more beautiful information. So much data. Full of things the goverment don't want to you find out.

You: And she just gave you it just like that?

Mandeep: She told me that I saved her more than once. I didn't understood what she meant by that but I knew that she was familiar. She was the first person in my network and then my network keep spreading more and more.

You: Who was she?

Mandeep: Her name was Jennifer.

You: ( Where I have heard this name before? )

Mandeep: I will take us 6 hour to reach our destination.

You: In the truck?

Mandeep: No, In the plane.

You: Plane?

Mandeep: Yeah.

Mandeep: Wear that winter gear and mask with oxygen tank. We will need that.

Mandeep takes the truck to a open area.

You: The plane gonna land here?

Mandeep:Actually no.

Mandeep open the box. You see a ballon thing. He hooks you to the ballon and then himself and the box of guns. He then reloads the flare and shoots it into the sky.

You: You think this is a good idea?

Mandeep: I do. Trust me.

You see a huge plane fly over your head. You look down and see the wire getting pulled and then it gets tight and pulls you into the air.

You: THAT'S WHAT THE WINTER GEAR WAS FOR?

Mandeep:YEAH.

The wire pulls you toward the plane. You look up and see the side door open. You reach near the door. You grab the side of the door and a man pulls you inside and then another man pulls Mandeep inside. They start to pull the crate in as well.

You: This was a bad idea.

Unknown Russian: Show you ID.

Mandeep: Wait.

Mandeep removes his mask. The Soviet Agent recognises him.

Mandeep: Stiner.

Stiner: Comrade Mandeep.

He gives Mandeep a hug and pats his shoulder.

Stiner: Didn't expected you. Finally decided to help us?

Mandeep: Yeah.

Stiner: Who is this, Your friend?

Mandeep: Yes. Who is that guy? Never seen him before.

Stiner look at the other guy and motions him to close the door. As he is about to close the door Stiner kicks him in the back and the man falls out of the plane.

Stiner: American Mole. Huh though we wouldn't find out.

Mandeep: Didn't he had parachute on?

Stiner pulls out a detonator.

Stiner: That was no parachute.

He presses the button and you hear an explosion nearby.

Mandeep: You are same as I remember.

Stiner: So are you my friend. Come Let's talk and Eat something.

You close the door and follow Mandeep.

Stiner: When I received the message I didn't expected you to be asking for help. I am the one that does that.

Mandeep: These are desperate times.

Stiner: Indeed. So what is it comrade?

Mandeep: He will explain.

Stiner looks at you. You open your bagpack and place the map of the table. Stiner is surprised when he read the name of the place.

Stiner: Ah comrade. Really? After talking all that shit how you are gonna marry a nice woman and live a peaceful life you chose this mission.

Mandeep: I never wanted to be anywhere near this mission. But you know these-

Stiner: Desperate times. I get it comrade. I wished that you may have that agency and have a great life.

You: So did I. I wish it worked this way. Well let's take a look at the area.

Stiner offer you a cigar. You accept and he lights it up for you.

Stiner: Comrade I would offer you one. But I believe you still don't smoke.

Mandeep: Yeah Rules.

You show Stiner the map. The map of Area-101.

You: Remarkable isn't? How did you people managed to make this place this quick?

Stiner: We Soviet have our own way of doing things.

You smoke some cigar and then refocus on the map.

Mandeep: I have some information that you may like.

Stiner: You always have something I like don't you?

You: The CIA is planning to launch a secret attack on the Area-101.

Stiner: At this time? We are at edge of starting world war 3 and the Americas want to pull off a stunt like this? Well it's expected that they want this palce back.

Mandeep: Back?

Stiner: Yeah this was their area?

You: Wait so this is American base captured by the Soviets?

Stiner: Yes, is there a problem with that?

You: No, What is so important there that the Americans want it back?

Stiner: They have this thing called " The Machine " We don't know what it does. Our scientists were gonna check it but they were ambushed on the way and captured.

Mandeep: Maybe we can help.

Stiner: And about that attack how large?

You: As far as I know that will be the largest secret attack. But I don't believe that it will say secret for long and it may even lead to war.

Stiner punches the table.

Stiner: These Americans don't understand. Not everyone wants a war. But if they want war they will get it.

Mandeep: It is in our best interest to prevent an all-out war.

Stiner: 15 minutes we are there. We will take care of the CIA agents and you and him take care of the machine.

15 Minutes Later.

The plane lands and you exits the plane. You see Stiner Collecting his men.

Stiner: Comrades, A great threat surrounds Our Nation. The capitalism pigs, The Americans are planning an attack on this place. We will crush them like insects they are. We will show them our might. We will show them the power of the Ironfist. For the Motherland. URAAAAAAAAAA

The Group: URAAAAAAAAA.

All the men start to arm themself for the battle. You picks up the guns. You see a soviet agent running at full speed toward Stiner.

The Man: Comrade, Comrade. We Captured two. *Heavily breathing* We caught two scouts.

Stiner look at Mandeep.

Stiner: We cover this area. You go take care of the scouts.

Mandeep nods and you follow him toward the captured scouts.

You see a man standing with two captives.

Unknown man: Comrade, Quick.

You run and tell the man to go and provide assist Stiner and his man.

You: What about these two?

Mandeep takes out his pistol.

You: Wait. Wait.

He shoots two bullets on the ground.

He then removes the rags from their faces.

Mandeep: Of course, I thought so.

You: Anne and Carle?

Mandeep cuts the ropes and releases them both.

Mandeep: They send you to find the machine?

Carle hugs you.

Carle: They did something to Iris and Jennifer.

Anne: I tried to stop them. But they didn't listen.

Mandeep: What is their plan?

Carle and Anne: They are coming to get "The Machine".

Mandeep: No they are coming to their Death.
