Story of us!!

When the morning classes started the day didn't seem at all boring to Lily. 


'Does he know that I know!' is all she could think. 


In between all through the day he would sneak peek at her with a subtle smile on his face. And just keep on looking at her with smile in his eyes. It was too much for Lily to digest and all she could do was pretend as if she didn't see him at all. 


But unbeknownst to her , Her eyes would render towards him all the time through the day. Due to which they had many eye contact which lead to feeling of nervousness and something good on which she couldn't put her finger on. 


After each eye contact she would feel flustered to no end. And hastily she used to force herself to concentrate in something else.


He sat in the row beside, not quite close but still in hearing range.


During one of the off period Lily heard the two girls beside Joe asking him about wat he said during the camp. 


One of the girl out of the two named Sara was also in that same camp so she roughly had an idea of something he said.


Hearing them asking him that Lily stiffened and so much wished that he wouldn't tell him about who he had a crush on.


Because she knew once this gals knew then that means half of the class would know in no time.


Peering in her book and acting as if she was reading in concentration Lily kept her ear on them to see what happens.


Sara said "So Joe, I heard that during your confession night at the camp you told everyone your secret."


Lily so much wished she could see his reaction on this, but she controlled herself and continued her act.


"Come on Joe tell me who that girl is on whom you have a Crush!! I know that girl is from our class only I know so just come clean." 


This is what brought Lily's attention to them again to see how Joe would wiggle out of this one. 


But luckily that boy didn't say anything at all he just kept on doing his work with a subtle smile. 


Seeing his smile the both girls almost did a somersault in surprise as that smiled confirmed their suspicions. 


Looking so damn eagerly they started taking names of girls in their class.


Joe didn't say yes or no totally no reaction to anything.


So on they both went ranting out the names of the girls from our class. 


Taking a pause they looked at him but got no reaction at all came from Joe!


Lily thought with a sigh ' Thank god this guy won't say anything. I am saved.' 


With a relief she atlast looked up from her book and spared them a glance.


And lo behold in that same moment she had an eye contact with the other girl. 


And her reaction showed her that as if she realized she missed her name and...


As if that word itself had a different kind of magic and charm on Joe as he started blushing fiercely.


Lily just could look at them and spotted him smiling after just hearing her name.


That smile was a giveaway as both Sara and the other girl kept on looking at her in awe. As if they were seeing her first time in their life!


The other girl exclaimed loudly "Lily" 


With all her strength and trying to keep calm she said "Hey! Did you call me"


And the moment she spoke Joe started looking at her once again.  With the same look of his which make her feel shy. 


The girl replied still in shock " No nothing. I didn't call you" 


Feigning ignorance Lily once again looked at her book from which she hadn't even read a word. Trying really hard not to have eye contact with Joe!


Trying not to look in his eyes in which there was always a smile for her.
