Chapter 30: Black Out

Arthur, Dorothy, Saya and Carla were just done eating their dinner "Do we have any assignments for tomorrow?." Carla asks "I don't believe so, why?." Saya replies.

"Because I usually do my homework right before its due date." She replies while doing a peace sign "Carla's always been cramming her homework ever since I could remember." Arthur said while he was washing the dishes "Oh wait we have!." Dorothy yelled out as she went to get her notebook in her bag.

"Our homework is to right a diary about one specific moment in our life." Dorothy shows them her notebook containing the information on their assignment "Oh yeah, how could I have forgotten that." Saya said as she proceeds to get her notebook "Umm Carla what are you doing?." Arthur asks as he sees Carla hiding her paper "I'm making my diary right now -- don't look!!." She said "And why are you making it on a piece of paper, where's your notebook?." He asked.

"I left it in my bag which is my room." She said meanwhile Dorothy thought "Hmm what am I going to write?." then the alarms went on.

"All students stay in your respective rooms! I repeat all students stay in your respective rooms!."

A smog entered the dorms, and the security system activated which locks all the doors with an extra barrier to ensure no one can be able to come in or out.

*The lights turned off

Dorothy got frightened and panicked "EEEEKK!! Arthur where are you!?!?." she yelled out as Arthur got her in his arms "I'm right here." He said "I'm glad." Dorothy replied with joy Arthur then asked "Where are Saya and Carla?."

The next thing they knew Carla and Saya scared them by using a flashlight and made scary faces "AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!." They both screamed out of fear as the two laughs at their faces "*Laughs You should see look on your faces! clinging unto each other like a bunch of scared kids!." Carla said "I agree, that was the most funniest idea I've ever heard *Laughs." Saya said.

"Shut up!." Dorothy reacted out of embarrassment as they were silent and after a few minutes stared at each other and continued on laughing again.

"These two have gotten along quite well." Arthur says to himself as he tries to hide his embarrassment Dorothy then replies out of sarcasm "Yeah too well."

Meanwhile Patrisha was at Lisa and Cane's room when the security system activated "Hey Hey Patrisha while we're stuck here let's talk about secrets." Lisa suggested as she drinks a cold cup of water "That's a great idea!." Cane agreed to the idea Lisa then places the cup roughly and said "But what happens in this room stays in this room." They both nodded out of fear from Lisa "So I'll start the questions, do any of you like anyone from our class?." Lisa asked "Right away to the big questions huh?." Cane thought to herself as she was hesitant to answer "No one." Patrisha replied with a full clear answer "Really?." Cane reacted "As in nobody?." Lisa squinted her eyes at Patrisha out of suspicion, Patrisha then said "I'm telling the truth."

"At least I don't know what I think about him yet." She thought to herself.

At Gray's room Luck and Blake were there when it happened.

"Have any of you boys ever had a relationship before?." Blake asked as Gray went behind him and said jokingly "OOhhh are you going to confess to one of us tonight Blake?." Blake then punches Gray in the head "No! it seems Gon and Febby have started going out." Blake said as Luck continued his sentence "And don't forget Arthur and Dorothy too, must be lucky to be him." Luck said.

At Arthur's room..

*Sneezes "Gross!." Saya reacted "You saw nothing got it Saya." Arthur replied "Someone must be talking about you my king." Carla said "Really? that's what actually happened there?." He asked "Well no it's just a superstition but I believe that to be true." Carla said "I remember one sneeze means someone talked something about Arthur, am I right?." Dorothy joins in the conversation.

"I bet they're saying what a wonderful boyfriend he is *Giggles well It's true anyways." Dorothy says out loud as she goes to him and gives him a cuddle.

At Lisa and Cane's room.

"Well I like A-Arthur." Cane opened out "Reaally!?." both Lisa and Patrisha reacted.

Meanwhile Arthur sneezes three times again "Oh?." Carla reacted to see Arthur sneeze three times Dorothy then realized "Carla correct me if I'm wrong but if the person sneezes three times does that mean someone is in love with that person?." Dorothy was slowly getting furious as her tone gets deeper and deeper "Umm Dorothy?." Arthur asked out of nervousness.

"Y-Yes." Carla replied while she and Carla were hiding behind the couch "Take cover." Saya yelled out in a soft voice "I'm right with you." Carla replied as they both hid.

Arthur then takes a look at Dorothy and gets scared as he sees her eyes filled with rage and her mouth ready to bite his head off "Now hang on a minute Dorothy, wait ! just waaii-."

*Crunchh!!!

Cane nods her head out of embarrassment "Since when??." Lisa got curious "When he and Dorothy first arrived in the classroom." She replied while covering her face with a notebook "But forget about that he's already happy with Dorothy, and she's a really nice person." Cane said as Lisa then said "Eh? but you're still blushing Cane, you still like him don't you?." Cane then covered her face again with the notebook "N-N-No I don't." and denied it.

"Are you really sure you don't like someone Patrisha?." Lisa turned her attention to her "No, I'm sure of it." She replied with a straight face "Hmm alright then unto the next question!." Lisa was filled with energy tonight "I wonder if the others are okay." Patrisha thought to herself.

At Gray's room.

Gray was eating junk foods while listening to the two talk about romance "Why are we talking about relationships, we sound like girls." He said out loud "Well we just can't help it." Blake replied "Do you like someone Gray?." Luck asked as Gray was silent "Hmm I don't know. I'm not sure." He thought to himself "No, nobody." he said with a straight face.

Meanwhile Sir. Charles contacted George about the situation "Any luck with the principal?." He asked "She's fine, the source is coming from your dorm Charles, find it and eliminate it immediately." George said "Alright I'll put an end to this." He replied as he ends the call and looks for his masks.

Back at Arthur's room he was being treated by Carla while Saya was calming Dorothy down "If I find out whoever is in love with him I'm going to kill her." Dorothy says out loud "Please don't." Arthur replies from the living room "GOOO!." Saya supported her "You're not suppose to go along with her!?." Arthur reacted.

"Stay still my King." Carla said as she puts on the bandages on Arthur's head.

Cassidy still hasn't had a roommate yet and is very scared she was already on her bed, but because it was very dark she couldn't go to sleep even if she wanted to. Gon was in Febby's room, He was sleeping in the living room while Febby was on her bed. Reid was basically staring at the full moon through his window.

Sir. Charles found his mask and proceeded to head out and find the source of the smog "Where am I suppose to find it." He said to himself as his phone rang, once he opened it an Artificial Intelligence greeted him "HI Sir. Charles It's me." May said "Why are you here May? and tell Zack to please come to my class." Sir. Charles said "I cannot do that, but if you're looking for the source I can help you." May said "Why? aren't you fine with all of this?." He replied "Well Master Zack was suppose to buy some ramen but then the security system activated and that's why I'm here to help you." She explained.

"I'll accept if he goes to my classes starting tomorrow." He bargain while May was thinking "Three days from now." She bidded "Two days."

"Next week." She said "Fine, next week." as Zack on the other side of the computer smiled.

"Alright where did the source came from?." He asked "Head towards the front door it's right next to the flower pot." May said.

"Thank you Za-- I mean May now tell your Master to actually come next week." He said as he turns his phone off and head towards the smog's origin.

"You three should get some rest I'll keep watch." Arthur said as Saya was already in sleep mode "No hesitations huh." He said to himself as Dorothy takes his offer and kisses him on the cheek before going to her bed "Goodnight." She said "Goodnight Dorothy." He smiled meanwhile Carla was still at the living room making her homework "Something's never change." He says to himself as he stares at Carla writing as fast as she can so she can finally go to sleep.

Arthur was done writing his homework and the title was "First meeting." Dorothy was getting nervous sleeping alone and called for "Arthur are you there?." She asked "Yeah I'm right here Dorothy." He replied "Can you stay with me until I fall asleep?." She asked "How am I going to know when you're asleep." He said "Then just stay with me." She said "Alright, Carla why not you stay in the top bed." Arthur said.

"Where will you sleep my King?." She asked "I'll be with Dorothy for a while but I'll be sleeping in the couch, that was an order." He said.

"Thank god I told her it was an order before she'd suggested she be the one sleeping on the couch." He thought to himself "If you say so my king." Carla says as she continues on doing her homework.

"I'm here now." He said as Dorothy smiles at him "You're expecting a lullaby from me?." He joked around "*Giggles No I just want you here with me." She said as Arthur sat down next to her "Where's Carla?." She's still finishing her homework don't worry in a few minutes she'll be finish." Arthur said.

"Hey Arthur, after we graduate where do we go?." She asked "First we'll be going back to our homes and when we're ready we'll meet up here in dorms, then we'll make our own squad." He said as Dorothy was shocked to hear "We're not gonna join a squad?." She asked "No, we're going to make our own." He said.

"What are we gonna name it though?." Dorothy giggles as she asks "I don't know but I promise you we'll still be together in the future." He said as he holds her hand.

"I want you to sleep with me." She said as from hearing that Arthur got embarrassed "W-What?." He reacted "It's not what you think I just want to sleep with you tonight, you always sleep on the top I wanna see your face next to mine." She said as she hides her face in the blanket.

He was embarrassed but decided "Alright, I'll sleep with you." He said as he climbed unto her bed and lay next beside her "Are you nervous?." She asked "W-W-Why would I be." He replied "That's good." She replied as she hugs him "Thank you for always being there for me, I love you Arthur." She says "I love you too Dorothy." He replied as he kisses her forehead and Dorothy then kisses Arthur's lips.

They both smile at each other and closed their eyes as Carla was peaking and decided to sleep at the couch after all.

"I'll be keeping you company Saya." Carla said as she lays down "They're finally sleeping together?." She asked "Yeah, I should be furious about this but my king is happy when he's with her I don't have that right to take it away from him." Carla said "Same here." Saya replied.

"Good night Saya." "Good night Carla." They both greeted as they went to sleep

As Sir. Charles finally found the source "A toy bomb? who could've placed this here?." He said to himself as he destroys it and all the smog in the area slowly disappears.

"Well it might take a while but looks like things will be back to normal *yawns I better get to sleep I forgot tomorrow's Monday." He said as he proceeds to go back to his room.
