I'm back

In the colossal eagle continent there was a saying. ' might was right ' . So don't be surprised by how cheap one's life is in here nor by how people worship the strong and look down on the weak .

The colossal eagle continent was the land of uncountable mountains and vast forests. It was truly a beautiful sight, but that was only from the outside, because for most, once they entre these lands, their lifes will no longer be guaranteed.

In a corner of this beautiful yet frightening masse of land, exists a mountain range, that from afar, looked like it connected heaven and earth, in its mountains, lives a variety of beasts and humans could be found at the outskirts hunting the low level ones, but no one ventures too deep into the range, because the further you go in the stronger the beasts become.

Booom

Suddenly an explosive sound came from the depts of the mountain range, alarming humans and beasts alike .

" What the hell was that ?!!!!!"

" How the hell am I supposed to know. "

" Hey, elder brother, what do you think was that !?"

" I don't know, but it's most likely a fight between high level beasts. Anyway, let's retreat for now just to be safe ."

All of the humans hunting in the mountain range came to the same conclusion and almost all of them retreated with haste. When high level beasts fought in the depths of the mountain range, all the weaker ones will become restless and run away as far as they could, so even the outskirts will become dangerous.

In the depths of the mountain range and unlike what people thought, there was no fight between high level beasts, but just moments ago something really weird happened, out of the blue, a portion of a mountain was blown to the air creating a cloud of dirt and rain of rocks, but that wasn't all, because there was human silhouette walking out of the deep hole created from the explosion.

" Cough, I guess I overdid things, haha, but finally after all these years, I can see the light of day, smell fresh air and be free again." Neil was feeling ecstatic and he kept taking long breaths like someone savoring the smell of fresh flowers.

" You chose to be there and could have left years ago, so why are you acting like you're coming out of prison. I'm the one who is imprisoned in this stupid necklace ." A beautiful voice suddenly entered Neil's mind, it felt like heavenly music even though it sounded angry.

" Little fairy, don't worry I will definitely break the sealing formation. It's just that currently I'm still not strong enough and this sealing formation is abnormally strong. I wonder who was it that made it. Sadly, you don't remember anything"

" I told you not to call me little fairy, I'm obviously older than you. "

Suddenly a roar full of anger came from not too far away, when Neil looked to where the sound came from, he saw a huge tiger with jet-black fur walking his way, its every move shook the ground underneath it. This was not a normal tiger, it was at least ten meters long and five meters in hight, fangs sticking out of its mouth.

" Stinky human, you dare intrude into my territory and wreak havock, you certainly are courageous." The tiger talked in human tongue while looking at Neil as if it were looking at an insect. " I haven't eaten human meat in a while, so I might as well…"

The gigantic tiger was stopped mid sentence by a sword that thrust into his head.

" How…"

" I haven't eaten meat in years, I hope you taste good " Neil grinned looking at the tiger.

There was unwellingness in the high level beasts' eyes, how come it was so unlucky to meet someone so strong that it didn't even see his move.

Neil didn't waste any time and immediately started roasting the tiger's meat, it's been a long time since he last roasted something, so he was a little clumsy and burned it a bit, but he didn't want to wait for another piece of meat to roast.

" So good, ah, I miss this so much, if only I had spices it would have been fantastic " . While eating like a pig Neil couldn't help but praise the poor tiger for its tasty meat.

" So now that you've finished your training, what's your plan ?! " Little fairy asked. She had very little knowledge about Neil.

When Neil heard her question, his face turned cold and he couldn't help but recall some distant memories.

" My plan ? It's Revenge of course, but I still don't know who was it that massacred my clan or why, what I need is information."

When Neil was only five years old, his clan was attacked without warning, their enemies were far stronger and didn't give them a chance to talk or flee. They killed everyone, it was the very definition of massacre. Everytime he thought about it his heart would feel like it was being cut by a knife. " At first I was afraid to even ask about the matter in public, but now I can finally start my investigation."

" You still shouldn't investigate openly, don't alarm you enemy. " Little fairy said, her voice wasn't as cold as usual.

" It's better to be in the dark, after all you don't know how strong your enemy might be."

" Don't worry, I'm not stupid. I've waited so long, I'm not going to ruin it all because of arrogance." Neil wasn't arrogant nor was he the type that would act without a plan

" There's a city not too far away from here, let's go there and see how things have developed in recent years first."

Finished speaking, Neil immediately got up and soared to the sky flying east. His speed was simply terrifying.

In the colossal eagle continent existed three Empires and four kingdoms. Neil, currently was in The Blue Reef Kingdom Wich was in farthest East of the continent.

The blue reef kingdom was composed of fourteen states, other than the capital Wich was the royal clan's territory.

These states were ruled by either clans or sects. The royal clan didn't care Which clan ruled Wich state, as long as they swear to serve and contribute to their Treasury.

Neil's clan was in control of the fourteenth state until their demise, and it was called The blue Expanse.

The fourteenth state was called The blue Expanse because it was surrounded by the ocean from the east and south. It was fairly big and was composed of four major cities and seven smaller ones .

Neil was heading to one of those smaller cities, Aleria city,

It was said that the man who built the city had only one daughter and he cherished her so much he named the city after her. Although it Was said that it was small, that was only compared to the four major cities, it's residents alone numbered more than one million, not mention the adventurers who make a stop here when heading to or coming from the thousand beasts mountain range since it was only twenty kilometers away from its outskirts.

With Neil's speed, it took him only a short time before he made it to the city, he flew directly in while making sure that nobody noticed him, he wasn't afraid, he just didn't want to make a commotion here.

After landing in a back alley, Neil made it to the main streets of the City. And he had to admit that it was far livlier than he remembers, there were shops and stalls selling all kinds of things, people were everywhere either buying or selling their goods, the streets were full.

Neil decided to enjoy himself today and started walking around the city until it was nightfall, then headed to a bar that was said to serve the best wine in the city.

When he entered the bar, it was almost full of people with only one table that was empty.

" Hello, sir, can I get anything " just as he sat, a beautiful waitress came to take his order, she had a beautiful face but what really catches the eye were those towering twin peaks that threatened to come of her shirt.

Neil looked at her then at her chest smiled then looked at her face again and said " bring me two bottles of your best wine and some appetizers then come sit with me, I don't like drinking alone "

The waitress smiled and said " sir, I am afraid I can't sit with you, it's against our policy " she looked like she was used to saying those words.

" Oh, then how about this, give these to your boss and ask him if he could give me face this once and allow you to get off work early " Neil flipped his hand and produced ten red diamond like stones that were the size of finger nails.

" Energy stones, ….." the waitress was stunned, not because she had never seen them before, cultivators used them as currency after all, but they would only use them to buy cultivation resources or treasures when necessary because they were easy to sell yet hard to buy, and those ten stones were mid level energy stones that were really hard to buy even with a hundred gold coins, yet this guy didn't bat an eye to use them just for her to accompany him while drinking.

" What ? Are these not enough ?!" To Neil, not to mention mid level energy stones, even high level ones were nothing, he had tons of them in his storage ring.

" No sir, it's the opposite. Are you sure you want to spend ten energy stones just to have me accompany you?" The waitress wasn't sure what her boss would say if he heard her.

" I find you pleasing to my eyes, so don't worry about it " Neil said with a smile while looking at her chest. It was obvious what he meant but the waitress didn't look upset, she received the energy stones and went back to the counter.

Not long after, the waitress came back following a middle aged fatty that was smiling till his small eyes were closed.

" Hello esteemed sir, my name is Karl and I'm the manager of this bar " Karl said with a smile then kept on welcoming Neil and assuring him that he was always welcome, he even offered him a " VIP" room but Neil declined and drove him away.

" Sit " Neil looked at the waitress that was still standing with the Trey in her hands " what's your name ? "

" My name is Carolina, sir " Carolina seemed nervous, it looked like the fatty told her something.

" Carolina, why are you nervous ? It's not like I'm going to eat you " Neil said with his usual playful smile .

Neil's face wasn't overly handsome but was well defined with dark eyebrows that were like swords and eyes dark and as deep as an abyss with an almost perfectly symmetrical face, his body was slim but looked strong, but his real charm came from his demeanor which gave the impression that if the sky was falling I'll support it with one hand, it made people either like his confidence or dislike his arrogance.

Carolina was nervous because her boss told her that someone that could take out ten energy stones of the mid level just like that, was definitely not someone ordinary, and warned her not to anger him because if she did, the best that could happen was loose her job.

The manager was sure that Neil was the descendant of some powerful clan or sect, because only those kind of powers could take something like mid-level energy stones so casually.

Looking at Neil's smiling face, Carolina calmed herself and started pouring wine for the both of them. Maybe it was the effect of alcohol or because Neil was a good talker, but it didn't take her long before she forgot about her earlier nervousness and was chatting and laughing merrily.

Neil was in that place in the mountain range for over twenty years and all he did was cultivate, there were no delicacies nor company, he was all alone and as for little fairy, he only discovered the necklace sealing her two years ago and she only talks to him using her conscious when she feels like it. So now that he was finally out, what's better than enjoying good wine and food while chatting with a beautiful woman with a fantastic chest, ahem, personality.

And it didn't hurt to find out more about the current state of affairs in the state and kingdom. Carolina didn't know much, but she was working in a bar after all, so she knew a few things like which clan or sect was in control of which city in the state and if there were any wars lately.

Neil told her that he was cultivating in seclusion for a few years, so she didn't suspect anything when he started asking her all kinds questions.

When it was close to midnight, Carolina was already drunk so Neil offered to take her home and she agreed but after taking only a few steps out of the bar she was already swinging from side to side not knowing left from right.

Helpless, Neil picked her up and went to an inn nearby.

" Give me your best room."

The inn keeper was lazing off in his chair, but when he saw how much Neil offered him, he got up faster the an arrow put on a smile then said " welcome sir, please follow me, I promise you'll be satisfied."

Neil didn't say anything and just followed him with carol in his hands, his face expressionless, but unlike his face his heart was in turmoil because his left hand Wich was holding Carol's upper body just so happened to ' accidentally ' be touching the side of her breast.

When talking to carol in the bar, Neil seemed extremely confident, some might even say that he looked like a Playboy. But the truth is that he is a virgin, he never even touched a woman's breast before, his confidence only came from his strength and personality, not from experience.

After entering the room, Neil immediately put carol in the bed like he was afraid of her staying in his arms any longer.

" You don't look so good, what's wrong ?! " Little fairy who was silent since they entered the city, said in teasing voice.

Neil was panting slightly but he acted like nothing was wrong " there is nothing wrong with me, why would you ask such a question ?! "
