Stargate

Wind, huh i opened my eyes and found myself falling from the sky without even a parachute.

"Aaaaaaaahhhhhhh…" I screamed through the fall till I hit the ground.

A bad way to arrive in an alternate universe, a very bad way so i looked around and there is literally nothing except desert and the blue sunny sky.

I got up and said "Sel are you here?" Then the voice came out but was stuttering a little bit and then became clear.

"Y-y-ye- yes sir"

"Good, now will you please look up where and when i am" i said and started walking in a random direction, then Sel answered few minutes after i left my landing spot "Sir, there is no satellites orbiting this planet and.." and before she continues and i interrupted her and said "ok ok, no satellites means two things, non advanced civilization or an uninhabited planet"

With that said, I knew from the beginning I landed this is not earth, the air is a bit different and the sand is a little bit too white compared to the one on earth which has more color to it.

So I kept walking and walking, day and night without stopping. Sometimes I ran, until today I saw a ring in the distance so I slowed down a bit. The ring is a bit familiar so i got close and now i knew which universe i am in, it's the stargate one and its troubling i know stargate series but i never watched them so you see i have no idea how to get off planet nor do i know how to make it work, i tried clicking the panel but didn't work. So I took a seat and slept.

In the morning something kept touching me and when I opened my eyes I saw people. I nearly got crazy since i haven't seen people for so long.

"People..people thank god..Please help"

"He speaks english" one of them said.

"We should leave him here we got enough people on our hands"

"No..no please hep help" i said, i really want to get the fuck out of here i can do that by incenerating myself but i want to see more of this universe technology and collect it, yes thats the decision i made if i end up in messed up universe i'll collect the technology if its advanced and have a little fun here and there then leave.

"I'm an engineer. I can help.. Just help" i begged for them not to leave me behind.

"How did you get here?" one of them asked so i answered the truth but a little bit edited.

"I..i don't know..i woke up a few miles from here"

"Where are you from and what's your name.." he asked

"My name..my..name..i don't know what's my name" well that's the truth kind of, i need to take a multiverse name for an entity like me.

So they started talking, and one of them left taking a bottle with him while the others carried me into the activated gate and ended on the other side.

Then they talked about what happened outside with what looked like the person in charge, the people that carried me took me to a room and the guy in charge stayed behind, just from the look he seemed like a person with a kind heart.

So he asked. "So, you said you're an engineer is that true?"

"Yes" I replied, then he asked "what shall i call you then?"

I said "L, when i think about my name too much i only get to remember L" i'm a good liar aren't i, haha.

Then he gave me clothes since I landed naked on the planet, he took me around showing me the ship and what situation they're in and he asked for my help on getting back to earth, huh I won't save anyone. I'll go with the flow then collect the technology. Now i know what i'll call myself 'Collector' one who goes from place to place to collect. Fits me perfectly.

I now have a room and got to know a few people, the ones I met in the desert are back with the substance they needed for producing life support in the ship.

At sleeping hour i waited for everyone to sleep then i talked to Sel "Scan the ship, and locate the bridge" after few minutes she was done and displayed a map in my system interface, then i left my room making sure no ones around i left my position at a very fast speed and headed towards the bridge location. When i arrived i found it closed so i ordered Sel to hack the door and let me in, when i got inside i closed after me. I looked around and everything is in a weird language so I got close to the bridge controls and saw a portal that looked somewhat like a USB port, i controlled my nanorobots and shaped my finger into the shape that fit the port so i plugged it in and waited for Sel to suck in all information. And it was huge. I forgot about the time I felt the ship drop out of FTL aka faster than light many times.

Then i was done and everything ended, i asked how long i took and its been 2 months i processed the data i extracted from the ship. Now i know how to create a stargate and a ship like this one i am in, i can also understand the language.

Then i ordered Sel to disable the ship's shield so when it goes to fill its belly with energy it'll go boom, this is my gift before i take off.

"Sel, Self-incineration in 10 seconds" I said then I closed my eyes yet again going to travel somewhere.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck why such bad luck, "Sel do you pick any satellites or anything like that nearby?"

"Yes, we're currently in planet Talaban in the USS Federation territory"

USS what..not that bad i guess at least i didn't end up somewhere worse. "Is there any outpost nearby?"

"Yes, its 2320 Miles away from your current position"

Then at that I started walking towards, hah i am in the star trek universe bad and good luck at the same time, but still man who ever is choosing my landing sites should get replaced.
