Puppy

Without opening her eyes, Xiaomin answered "No one is injured, it will be confirmed in tomorrow's newspaper."

Reaching home, Xiaomin carried the puppy and placed it on the floor by making a bed with blanket.

Looking at Weimo who was little lost Xiaomin spoke "Let's go into the study."

"Aren't you hungry?" asked Weimo. Even though he wanted to know everything that can explain his doubts but Xiaomin's health was his first and utmost priority.

"Let's order a takeout, We might finish talking till it arrives." saying this Xiaomin started walking towards the study.

Quickly ordering some simple dishes, Weimo went to the kitchen, chopped some fruits, added some dressings and bought the fruit platter in the study room for Xiaomin to fill her stomach.

Looking at Weimo's care she felt guilty, how can she be so blind that she was unable to see his love for herself. Scooping some fruits she ate them while savoring the delicious taste. She also offered some to Weimo and of-course she also fed him with the brightest smile ever.

Keeping the empty plate on the table, Xiaomin sat besides Weimo and started speaking

"Weimo, Two days ago, in the car..., When I was unconscious....

I had a dream. A really long dream.

It was so real that I felt as if I have lived through it. In that dream I died after three years from now.

I remember most of the things that I saw in the dream. "

Taking a deep breath, Xiaomin added

"According to the dream, when I was brought back from the hotel by your people, you forced yourself on me. How much ever I tried, you didn't listen. At that time I thought it would be just due to the heat of the moment, but since then you became a beast. You never asked for my concerns again, you used to force me every night....*sob* every *sob* night.

I was also under house arrest for more than two years.

This time after I was brought back, I tried to stop you and I was able to stop you so I thought it was actually just a dream but I was still not sure, so in order to check if things were true or just a dream I took you to mall today. In my dream, just there was a big scandal of a military marriage breaking , so today I went by to check if it actually happened."

"And it was true, you saw it outside the store?" spoke Weimo interrupting Xiaomin.

"Yes, after we left the store I remembered about the other incident as well....." Added Xiaomin

"So you knew what was going to happen, and thus you followed the employee instead of the crowd." asked weimo.

Xiaomin nodded...

"So, you think it was not a dream or a very realistic dream...or ...." said Weimo

Looking at Weimo's confused face, Xiaomin felt sad.

The person who cherished her the most was been told that his love died in her dreams and then told that her dreams were actually true.

"I am not sure, I think.....I died.....it was real....

But I don't remember what happened, the only thing that I remember was as I closed my eyes, it was extreme dark, I was trying to leave the place but how much ever I run, it was only darkness.

The only thought I had while my last moments were if i can come back I will live a much better life. While I was trying to escape the darkness it was the only thought in my mind that I want to escape this place and go back to you.
