The one month that Long Bai issued for his closed door cultivation was nearing its end. Alchemist Mo was taking care of the house and the stall had almost no time for himself except during the night. Long Bai's entrance may have give him a huge benefit but it also contributed to his unending work. From manning the stall and at the same time, making pills from multiple requests. Since Long Bai's famous win during the bet, his name became widespread in the city. Everyone who required a special pill have his name in their list for a suggested alchemist. For alchemist Mo, right now, there's nothing more gratifying than his master's nearing end of his closed door cultivation. He badly needed his skills in making pills.

Inside Long Bai's room, the formerly mountainous shards has now been used up. Long Bai who just regained his wits checked his status for any improvements.

Long Bai frowned at the vague description. Such way of detailing are usually the type of texts he only encountered on scholarly books where one's understanding is always challenged. In this case, there's only one way for Long Bai to check its effects and that's to experience it first hand. Like a chemistry experiment, only when the results comes out that one's hypotheses would be confirmed and improved insights or enlightenment follows.

Long Bai directed his consciousness towards his core and in an instant, the scenery he saw was very familiar. In the middle was a bright white ball with a golden halo while five smaller spheres of different colors are revolving around it. This lead Long Bai to recall the images that he saw during his school days, the solar system. He tried to investigate further and went even closer. As he reduces the distance between him and the biggest sphere, he felt a strong pulling force from it. He observed that there's a small amount of essence that is being pulled towards the center coming from the outside surroundings. To Long Bai, he sees the central core like a star that pulls the objects around towards it. This means that even when he's idle, a minute amount of essence is absorbed into his core.

At the alchemy tower, two alchemist were discussing something, one was a man on his late 20's while the other was on her late teens.

"How's my junior brother doing? Is he still on his closed door cultivation? Although he's already a grade 2 alchemist, tell him to practice often."

Alchemist flinched after hearing Zhang Li's words. His mind was speaking, 'Uh, if there's a person whom she should scold, its not Long Bai. That person's alchemy skills scare and amazes me at the same time. The efficiency and speed was to good that its alright to be termed "monster".'

Recovering from Zhang Li's words, alchemist Mo gave off a laugh to show a reaction. "Ah, yes miss Li. Young master should be getting out of seclusion today. I must return early today as he might be needing some help at some point. I'll inform you of any news in the future."

Alchemist Mo packed his things from the tower and left after saying his byes. After a a couple of minutes walking in a fast pace, he reached Bai's residence and saw his young master near the entrance. It was as if he was waiting for him. As he neared, he started to feel nervous and excited at the same time because of the kind of smile on Long Bai that says "Hurry! There's something important I want you to do." kind of vibe.

"Young master! You're out of seclusion. Is there something you need?"

Alchemist Mo's question was already implying that Bai would definitely ask something and he was not wrong.

"Senior Mo, I would like to buy some grade 3 pill recipe. Where can I get some?"

""Young master, grade 3 pill is rare here in merchant city. If we try to scale its worth, maybe its three to four times the value of a grade 2 pill. This is so since the city only have a grade 4 alchemist which is only found most likely at the sect and at the alchemy tower. Are you going to make grade 3 pills?"

"Hmm. If its not that readily available, we'll just let them bring it to us. Please go and buy the ingredients for making the berserk pill, essence gathering pill and the heart calming pill. When you buy the ingredients, make sure not to concentrate the purchase in one place. Try to as random as possible to avoid investigators from knowing something in the future."

The day continued as they have planned where both went to their own ways. While alchemist Mo was busy looking for the ingredients, Long Bai went to the herb mountains to collect more resources, mainly herbs and shards. Why the necessary increase in Bai's demand of resources? It was just he realized that as he grows in cultivation, the more resources are required.
