The Old Man Falls

Dan went back home and decided to watch movies and relax. After a while, Dan also decided to quit his job as he never liked his work anyway.

Dan successfully made all 3 pills and he wanted to see if he could still cultivate and as he started to do so, the system screen pooped up.

[Cultivating]

[+0.5 (Regular) +2 Cultivation Orb) +1 (Spirit Gathering pill) - (It doubles the regular cultivation) = 3.5 Exp per hour]

'This is still worse than my 8 Exp per hour by a huge margin but I thought that as a level 0 planet, there would be no spiritual energy.'

[The system said that, in a level 0 planet, there would be no or almost no spiritual energy]

'That explains this but I only want to cultivate for an hour before sleeping.'

The next day, Dan decided to go back to the store to buy herbs to make another spirit gathering pill. He wanted to buy a lot of herbs at once but he had no money for that.

As he got to the store, he realized that it was pretty fancy and there were probably some rich people here maybe one of them would buy the pills but he gave up on that idea.

'They might think that I am crazy and might not even listen to my explanations. I want to sell the pill for a lot of money and though these people are rich, they might not have so much money on hand.'

With that thinking, Dan decided to just buy the herbs needed for the spirit gathering pill and was about to leave when an old man fell down on the floor.

There were a couple of bodyguards around the old man and another man who seemed like 40 years old.

The 40-year man was screaming at the bodyguards to call the ambulance and was trying to help the old man.

Dan just wanted to walk out since he had gotten his stuff after all if he wasn't a doctor so he couldn't help them and if the ambulance should have been called already but he stopped when he heard what the 40-year-old man say.

"If anyone can help my father, I will give him 5 million dollars."

'5 million dollars! What the heck, a normal person won't ever be able to make even a million dollars.'
