As Jack looked at the notification saying he was level 5 and unlocked the 'quest' function he immediately open the help screen and scrolled to the quest function.
Upon the arrival of the quest function, he could see that it says 'XP' 'details' and 'chain quest (locked)'
Jack believe it did say that he could get XP by completing quests. Jack skipped that one and went straight to details where it says
[Quest are given to the host by the system to help the host move past something of trauma or plane stupid/naive, Quest can be given by important figures or when taking a 'request' of someone else then the rewards will be less but it will show what will happen if you fail or refuse (aka punishment), the host can also give himself a quest to prevent something such as a power gap where you grow to fast or a personal thing of what you want to achieve (depending on the difficulty the system will give rewards if you try to abuse this it will be removed along with the 2nd option).]
'WHAT?' Jack screamed in his head. 'I can give myself a quest!'
Jack hurriedly asked the system 'hey can you give me a quest to complete my first quest?'
'ding'
[Quest created: complete your first quest (incomplete)
task: complete the quest don't look here the title is up there ^^^
reward: none
note: the milestone achievement has been taken away for trying to cheat the system also next time ask if this is considered cheating.]
As Jack looked at the quest, the quest task, the quest reward, and the quest note I started pulling my hair out wondering why I was so stupid to think that would work when the system literally told me not to abuse it.
I pull up the quest window by saying 'quest' and a screen shows up saying
[Quests-
Complete your first quest(incomplete)
Open the 'Quest' menu (complete) (<---- tap here for rewards)]
I clicked on the '(complete)' and a screen showed up in front of me saying.
[Open the 'Quest' menu (Complete)
task: Open the 'Quest menu by saying 'Quest'
Reward: One free draw at the occupation/class wheel
note: You are not as dumb as you look
Would you like to claim the Quest (yes) or (no).]
I clicked on the yes button and I got a notification saying that I got one chance at the occupation wheel.
I say 'Occupation wheel' and a screen with a wheel and dozens of different options appeared in front of me on the screen and there was a button at the bottom of the screen with a start and stop on it. I clicked the button and the wheel started spinning and the button started slowing with a stop.
After I pressed the stop button the wheel gradually slowed down and it was on the mage occupation next to it was the blacksmith. I started screaming "STOP!! STOP! PLEASE STOP!!" to myself while I watched the needle move over the mage occupation onto the Blacksmith occupation.
As the needle stops on the Blacksmith occupation I hear a notification and read it saying
'ding'
[congratulations host for getting your first occupation. You have been rewarded with the occupation 'Blacksmith' difficulty is hard for starting because of this the host will receive an extra 1000 gold coins to use to buy materials and buildings in the shop.
Note: You can sell the stuff you make to the system or keep it for yourself, you may not take anything you make in this space to the real world unless the materials come from the real world]
'ding'
[You have unlocked the ability to travel to the first world. Use the build function to build a portal to the 'real world']
"Wait a minute!?!? I AM NOT IN THE REAL WORLD!!!"
That makes sense why I haven't seen any people around lately and the border does this have to do with that and why can't I pass through it. Thinking about this stuff hurts my brain so I will figure it out later.
the system said something about building a portal right?
'building'
'ding'
[Building blueprints, Buildings, portals]
I clicked on the 'portals' option and another list appeared
[portals: lawless(open) (details), cultivation (locked), magic (locked), knighthood (locked), free-range(locked).
note: The portals lead to an area where it is mainly focused around the name. You must complete the mission in each 'world' to go to another world. You may not bring stuff between worlds, you may only bring stuff here to use it then you have to take it back. depending on the location of the portal is where your journey will start. only you can use and see the portals, but you can not move them when placed either on this side or the other.]
Seeing how the only portal called lawless was open I clicked on the details and it showed
[portal: lawless: details: This portal leads to the lawless world where there are no countries, kingdoms, or empires, there are cities or city-states that are strict and often abuse and cheat the common people and those without any occupation. Your goal to unlock another world is to create a place where people are not abused because of their status and bring order to this lawless world.]
after reading the details of the lawless portal I clicked on it and I was shown a blue portal picture of it with a sign saying it goes to the 'lawless' place. when I was looking at the picture I realized it had an option to place so I clicked on it and a 3d version of its height, length, and with of it appeared in front of me where the portal itself was a light blue with lightning in it whereas the outside of the portal looked to be a black material with red at the top saying 'lawless'.
I asked the system if it can inspect the material and the system replied with a different response because instead of being nothing like normal a notification happened.
'ding'
[The system can not inspect anything until you buy the inspect skill or the class inspect skill.]
After hearing the systems response I looked towards the portal and start walking through.
