But techniques can only be learned by executing it and have requirements.
For example, the 'Advanced Mana Manipulation' requires to control your Mana successfully for over 50 times in half an hour. As for Mana Compression, you need to execute the technique successfully for over 30 times in half an hour.
You can create techniques but not skills. Techniques are ranked into Basic Techniques, Advanced Techniques, Special Techniques and Legendary Techniques.
