Assessment and Examination
"Amazing! Captain Smoker was just only assigned from this base a month ago, and already captured countless of Pirates" Said by one of the people on the crowd and was asked by a young man with black spiky hair in black T-shirt, black pants and black rubber shoes.
"Hey I would really like to join the Marine, but I don't know how?" The one who asked is Aldrin.
"Hah? Youth really love to dream! Well there's nothing to lose dreaming about it. Hmm, I heard there will be an upcoming registration this afternoon, so if you really want to join, then register in the Marine entrance hall in this afternoon and a Marine will assist you" The man in his 50s said while looking at Aldrin with a smile and leave after telling all he knew.
"This afternoon? But it's already afternoon!" Aldrin said in confusion then become surprise. He walk inside of the Marine base and saw there's a reception there, then walk in front of the receptionist
"May I ask what you need Sir?" A receptionist asked Aldrin respectfully.
"I would like to join the Marine, but may I know how can I register?" Aldrin said with a smile.
"Oh, that's easy Sir! You only need to write your personal information in this paper and I will lead you to the Assessment Room" The receptionist girl in her 20s said while passing him a paper.
After filling the paper, the receptionist assist him to go at the Assessment Room.
"Hello Sir Rodrick! This man would like to join the Marine, please take care of him" The receptionist said respectfully and went back to her works.
"There's many people who wants to join the Marine after Captain Smoker was assigned from this Base, but there's still many people who failed after the evaluation. Do you really want to join kid?" Rodrick in his 30s asked Aldrin in solemn.
"Yes Sir!" Aldrin shout with salute.
In their P.E class, their Gym Instructor was a soldier and would really like to train them of how to be a soldier.
"Good mannerism kid! Then get in there!" Rodrick shout and point toward the spot with many people.
"Then let's start counting! You first!" Rodrick shout and point toward a buffed man.
"One Sir!" The Buffed Man shout while standing straight.
"Good! Then continue!" Rodrick shout in solemn.

"Eighty Four Sir!" Aldrin shout without blinking
"Good you're all eighty four that will take the test! Let's start from the Strength Test! Number 1, punch that thing will all your might!" Rodrick shout while pointing at the punching machine.
The buffed man walk toward the punching machine and throw a punch with his full power.
"1,342 pounds!" The examiner man with eye glasses said with surprise. After the buffed man leave, another tester throw a punch.
"366 pounds!" The examiner said and write the number to his paper.
After eighty-three was tested, Aldrin already his turned, he walk toward the punching machine and make a posture like a trained boxer then throw a straight punch with all his might.
"2,106 pounds!" The examiner shout in disbelief and look toward Aldrin like he's some kind of monster.
"That's a great strength kid! You have a great potential for becoming a ranking Marine!" Rodrick said while patting his shoulder.
"Thank you Sir!" Aldrin shout in solemn.
"Great! Then let's continue! Speed Test!" Rodrick said with a laugh then lead them toward in the place with meter measure on the ground.
"You will run from here toward that spot! After you're done, we will evaluate your test based on the time you make! I remind you the lower the time, the higher the evaluation! Number 1!" Rodrick shout in solemn.
Toward there is 100 meters far away from here, and the buff man run with a speed of 30 to 40km/h. After the buff man run at the finish line, the examiner write again on his paper and called another tester until Aldrin's turned.
"Start!" After hearing the signal, Aldrin's figure turned into shadow and flash toward the finish line, his speed looks like 150 to 170km/h. Then in just only 3 seconds he's already in the finish line, all the people was shock and amaze.
"2.20 Seconds!"The examiner shout in disbelief and thought what kind of monster is this kid?
"That's enough let's continue to Ability Test! To those who have a Devil Fruit Ability or anything related to that stand at that circle" Rodrick said aloud in solemn.
After hearing Rodrick, only one person stand in the circle and that's Aldrin, he didn't know Devil Fruit Ability or anything, but he just thought that if his rank is high, then he could get more useful information.
"What is your Ability?" Rodrick was amaze from Aldrin performance, so he couldn't stop himself from asking.
Aldrin thought what Ability he can show and remember his spell the Arrow Materialize.
"Sir! May I ask what is Devil Fruit Ability?" Aldrin asked in curiosity.
"You don't know? Well maybe in your country Devil Fruit is just a legend. Hmm, Devil Fruit are mystical fruit after consuming it you will grant a super-human power, but at the cost is inability to swim. For example our Captain Smoker is a Devil Fruit User and his devil fruit is Smoke-Smoke Fruit. That's it what's your Ability?" Rodrick explain in full detail.
"I guess it's Devil Fruit Ability Sir!" Aldrin shout in confident.
"What kind of Ability?" Rodrick asked in curiosity.
"I think it's related to Arrow Sir!" Aldrin said and imitate the Smoke-Smoke Fruit he heard from Rodrick.
