Savage Girl !

Robin had been so engrossed in separating the jewellery that she hadn't heard the front door open, and she almost jumped out of her skin when someone tapped on the bedroom door.

"Robin its Mike, Ivy said you were not feeling very well, she asked me if I could come over when I finished work... I've brought soup"

"Don't come in!" Robin yelped looking at the jewellery all over her desk, she picked up a blanket and chucked it over the desk. Before slowly opening the bedroom door herself, she just hoped this wasn't going to another guy trying to get into her pants. The man on the other side of the door, had small ginger curls, electric green eyes, and was wearing a polo shirt, and some well-fitting jeans.

Mike looked at the blonde girl, her face was tear-stained and she wasn't wearing any make-up something he had not seen in years. She looked like she was in shock, there was something else about her that seemed different as well but he couldn't work it out.

"Ruu you look awful," Mike began, as Robin shot him a scowl "I didn't mean like that, Ivy said you where acting really weird yesterday like you couldn't remember her name? Did you hit your head cause I can drive you to the hospital if you need!!"

Robin shook her head vigorously, she did not want to go the hospital she could imagen that conversation and where it would lead her...

| "Yes Doctor I am not from this world! These aren't my friends and this isn't my family, I don't know who I am and if I have even had SEX with all the boys I seem to be dating."

"This girl must be on so many drugs, we must get her to rehab now" |

"No hospitals please, I just don't feel very well but I'm not concussed " Robin continued, "a bit of rest and I'll be fine." She glanced at the bag in Mike's hand, the soup smelt delicious her eyes widened and she felt her mouth-watering, she was so hungry! Mike followed the girl's gaze to the soup and was surprised she was so fixated on it.

"Do you want it now," he chuckled, "It's not fat-free though, is that okay."

Robin didn't care if the soup was fat-free or not, she took the bag which contained the cup of a hot chicken broth, and two bread rolls and started to devour everything. Mike thought about mentioning how he had got one of the rolls for himself, but seeing how much Robin was enjoying herself he decided it was best not to.

Somewhere between mouthfuls, Robin managed to ask, "Are you Ivy's boyfriend?"

"Are you sure you don't want to go to Hospital?"

"No..." Robin said stubbornly "Just please help me out with a couple of bits... Mike? My Head is just a bit foggy that is all!" Mike could see that beyond picking her up and carrying her to Hospital he was not going to Robin there. He sighed maybe this was all she did need right now.

"Yes I'm Ivy's Boyfriend"

"Do you live here?"

"No"

"Who does live here?"

"You Ivy, Dawn and Pepper"

Robin paused taking in the information, "How do I know you?"

"We where best friends in primary school, you don't remember? This kid um ... Harry Cooper use to beat me up all the time, one time he did it when you were around and you turned savage on him, you chased him away with a stick, after that you decided we where best friends and we where you never left my side" Mike laughed remembering the story.

"So we are best friends?" Robin said hopefully.

"Robin we were best friends, you haven't really spoken to me properly in years if it wasn't for the fact I am with Ivy I don't think you'd even acknowledge my existence," Mike replied the smile leaving his face, and he looked at Robin a hurt and bitter expression in his eyes.

"But why did you come here then?"

"Because Ivy was worried about you, she asked me too if you were really ill I wasn't going to leave you to die..." Mike seemed like a very dark cloud had passed over his face, bringing up the past years of Robins's misdeeds towards him was obviously upsetting him. Robin decided it was best to change the subject.

"How long have you been with Ivy?"

"A couple of years... look I'm going to go and watch TV if you need anything let me know..." Mike left before Robin could reply. She decided that it was best to return her attention to finishing cleaning up her room. Once she had finished untangling all of the many trinkets, she wrapped each one in tissue paper and placed it carefully back in the drawer.

'It's a start! Hopefully, there are not any more skeletons in the closet!' She took the empty cup of soup to the kitchen to wash it out before throwing it away.
