Five Minutes

The atmosphere was heavy..everyone was watching the two struggling figures on the ground. No one dared to move.

Especially the ones near Amber, they could feel her mood as her pheromones were rising. All her angry pheromones were directed at the person who was being pinned down by the other.

Amber was struggling hard under Lucas, he did not expect this flamboyant and lean looking person to be this strong. Well he haven't gone all out either since the other person's words were taunting him.

Lucas could also feel the pheromones in the air and saw the girl looking at them intently with a look which seemed to be different than the other's gaze. He smirked.

"Ansem, sleep with me and i shall comply to all your investigations!"

" Just like that?!"

Of course who would believe him to just give something so big and dangerous such as the Kraits like that.

"Of course not, i have other conditions too. That's just one of the conditions hehe"

"You are in no place to put down any conditions!", Ansem replied sternly.

"Aww..that's too bad"

"Lucas you are not escaping today"

"Who said i was escaping. I'm right here, aren't i? Hehe..now that we are like this, why not go all the way?"

He placed his knees between Ansem's legs.

As soon as he said this, pheromones burst out from Amber towards Ansem.

Ansem turned towards her with longing in his eyes...yes, he didn't care whether she was angry, he wanted her. Her pheromones were too hard to fend off.

"Do you two like each other? You always look at her!", Lucas saw this and asked.

Ansem turned to him and smiled,"She's my mate!"

At that, Amber's mood became better and she flushed a deep red and her pheromomes gradually dissipated little by little. All the others heaved a huge sigh.

Even though she was an Omega, her pheromones were very powerful. It did not cause much rut among the people present because she was emitting angry pheromomes. All of them did feel it.

Lan was also affected and could tell her mood as a fellow Omega, he looked at her with admiration. He did encounter trouble being an Omega but somehow because of his talents and strong wills, he could face the world. Now he met another Omega, a girl . Her powers were wonderful and so he couldn't help but look at her with admiration. Rick saw this and blocked his line of sight. He asked questions as an excuse,"When are they reaching?"

"Five minutes"

"The bomb?"

"Five minutes"

The answer was concise, at this Rick felt a little helpless.

Ansem got up and gave one more big punch puncturing Lucas' body. After that sounds of helicopters were heard approaching from afar. Just as they landed and was being loaded onto it one by one, a bomb blasted from afar sending waves all over. They were out of the impact area but somehow, they still got the wind of it. Lucas was smiling devily but hearing the explosion. He grabbed the men near him, it turned out to be Lan.

"You blew it up?", his eyes were bloodshot and threatening.

Lan just looked at him and replied cooly,"Yep"

Not expecting such kind of answer, he was completely broken down but was soon shoved into the heli and brought away. He kept his head down and never looked up. No one knew what he was thinking.

What he did just now was an act .....

Yes, his headquarters were destroyed but the most important part of the research was with him back home in his father's place. He had taken it after it was successful not letting anyone know except the butler.

Military base---

All of them were thrown into the prison. The prison was too good for them with every neccessities they need. Huff!

Ansem's uncle came into his brother's cell. Everyone was given different cell so as to lessen interactions between them.

"How have you been brother?", Uncle walked in.

"Did you know how strong he was?", Ansem's father was somehow proud and helpless as he asked those.

"He wanted what's good for you, but never thought you would be in this too deep."

"Haha, there's no going back right?"

"Brother, do you wish to reconcile?"

Silence followed.

"It was mum who made the request and somehow, Ansem wanted to achieve that very same thing too. You have such a good son brother"

His elder brother just scoffed with self-ridiculation.

While on the other side, Ansem was sitting with his head down .

Amber approached him but somehow she was pulled over and pinned down under him.

"Wha--", she didn't finish.

She could see the sorrowful expression on his face and she knew he need comfort so she just hugged tightly gently stroking his head. He fell down on her and hugged her back more tightly.
