Goodbye For Now

As they were introduced to everyone one by one. A gaze fell on Amber scrutinizing her every move and look. Somehow, Amber felt the gaze as it came from an Alpha, she could distinguish it. When she turned, she saw that person walking up to her. Her eyes immediately brightened, Ansem caught this and looked at where her gaze was at and soon his face was cold like winter ice in an instant.

"Hello Lieutenant Amber! Welcome to the grounds. I see you have met your teams

Oh hello Major General Ansem! Welcome and Congratulations! Amber has talked a lot about you. Finally i get to meet you. Roger never stops praising about you either," the person opened slowly with a big smile on his face.

Ansem still had his no expression face,"Thank you, Major General Aiwa. Nice to have met you at last too. I have heard a lot about you" and they shook hands.

Amber was smiling until she saw them shaking their hands. Somhow, she could see sparks flying all over and pheromones rising between them....a standoff! The people around them couldn't help but throw a galnce at them.

Her smile froze but soon recovered,"Ahem"

And the both of them looked towards her after quickly taking back their hands.

"I apologise i went early last night i had a problem", he said to Amber and then ,"That's why i couldn't meet you", he had a sincere apologising face on.

"I hope the problem was solved?", Ansem said.

"Oh yes!", Aiwa smiled.

Once again, they were on the training grounds and soldiers were standing before them and also in the distance, some had drills. All of them could feel the clash of pheromones. The person who had to suffer the most was Amber standing the most closest to them but it had little effect on her as she had a mate and also her tolerance being in the military was strong, she could keep a straight face as a result of her trainings.

Some Omegas were there too and yes, they were gnashing their teeth

My God, they're gonna kill us!

Their pheromones are too strong they will surely suit as rivals

Look at that, their scent is so overbearing!

Not only the Omegas, everyone could see the standoff and the imaginery beasts behind them. Hehe.

"Okay then, i shall leave for now. I have works cropped up in my office. Goodbye for now," he smiled and walked away leisurely.

Roger came up to them,"I see you've Aiwa. He's got a bright personality. You will like him"

The laat sentence was directed to Ansem.

Amber also smiled brightly at him.

He just ignored it and went to get ready his teams...he wanted to form a firm understanding and relationship with his team.

So he wanted a mission but before that, they needed to get along well and also train much more harder.

And boy, you are in Ansem's team, the training he gave is wonderful yet life taking but again, fruitful.

He had 4 Colonels under him including Ian and three others. He had had a meeting with them already about their trainings and the others gave their consent too. They liked Ansem's bluntness, conciseness and sterness.

The very next day, all of them rolled into the training grounds and were practising heavily.

During the lunch break, almost everyone were already familiar to each other. There was no scheming or bad intentions among these soldiers as the military was not somewhere that entertained all these evil things especially the Special Forces. So naturally they got along very well.

Aiwa had come to lunch too directly sitting beside Amber and smiling oh so strikingly at her. Ansem was sitting opposite and was smiling but soon the air was so cild around them that the people began to check if there was any air conditioning system fitted in the room. And we all know, they couldn't even find one haha!!!

Aiwa seemed to have not noticed the ambience and continued to chat with Amber asking this and that from God knows where.

Ansem had an expressionless face on like always but inside his stomach was doing a 360 degree flip ...he was jealous and that feeling was stronger than ever this time.

Yes, he felt jealous when people surrounded his lover but now, he felt the jealousy going over the roof. And the lover doesn't seem to notice anything.

"Master, it's been over two months now", the attendant said in a begging tone.

"Very well. What do you expect me to do with him? We can't bail him out....you know that very well", the middle-aged man sighed helplessly,"His mother's health has now been worsening too"

The attendant could only bow in response.

They really didn't know how they could save his Young Master.
