Chapter 34: Djynn Fight Part 2

Jake and Djynn had reappeared in an open field filled with yellow flowers, slowly opening his eyes Jake realised he was still in danger and quickly stood up and grabbed his soul blade and activated his aura.

As he did he instantly felt a massive difference in his power, it was like his power had been boosted tenfold and he had never felt better, looking down at his body he noticed all his wounds had healed completely.

Jake was busy checking his new form of power that he completely forgot Djynn was right in front of him, Djynn standing up looking at Jake's new power and was taken back by it which then angered him.

Instantly equipping a purple blade in each of his hands and readying himself to fight as Jake prepared himself.

Jake: I guess the fight is back on, I've also figured out your powers, you can create anything you can think of, but I bet there is a limit, let's see if we can reach it

This new level of power and Jakes beckoning angered Djynn, even more, making him dash forward lunging in for an attack, as he did Jake quickly retaliated by firing off another explosive laser from his sword.

Charging in behind the laser again making a swift attack with his sheathed blade slamming it into the ground creating a massive crater whilst knocking Djynn across the ground making him lose his balance.

Back at the monastery the masters were all frantically looking through books when the crystal suddenly reactivated showing Jake in the field unscathed, a swift cheer sounded across the hall and they all re huddled back around it.

Taka had just made it back to the monastery and noticed everyone around the crystal, seeing in the crystal Jake standing there.

Taka: Is he okay? Have I missed much?

Gabrielle: No you are just in time, it just reactivated

Taka walked up to the crystal to get a better look.

Taka: He looks stronger than before

Gabrielle: I know, prepare yourself just in case

Taka: I know

Jake and Djynn were in a fierce battle between each other, Jake was in complete control over the fight not giving Djynn a single moment of relief or any chance at all to calm down, each blow that connected with Djynn had enough power behind it to destroy a building.

Jake's hits were getting stronger with each swing making Djynn back up as he was on the defence not being able to attack back, Djynn started to get angrier with being on defence, he decided to leap backward into a forest that connected to the field.

Jake flew above the as he lost sight of Djynn, seconds later Djynn activated his own aura with an explosive force that blew the trees around him down making an opening on Jake as he was distracted on the power emitted from the forest.

With this opening, Djynn flew up at insane speed and grabbed Jake by the legs and swung him down to the ground whilst firing purple balls at him making another huge crater in the field with Jake in the middle of it.

Djynn fell back down into the crater and approached Jake

Djynn: Right that was annoying, but clearly you have gotten stronger, but not stronger than me

Djynn grabbed hold of Jakes body picking him up as he saw Jakes face he noticed a grin on his face and before he could react Jake reactivated his aura dealing a massive punch to Djynns side which completely collapsed his right rib cage leaving a very noticeable dent in the side of Djynns body.

Jake grabbed hold of Djynn and teleported with him again, taking them to the same field that he had captured Zenos in.

At the monastery the masters were still watching the fight none of them able to take their eyes off the crystal, all of them were in complete awe with Jake's resilience and power to be able to continue the fight, even after being almost killed earlier.

Taka: How is this even possible? Are you sure we didn't miss something

Eucliffe: Clearly Jake has some explaining to us after he is done there

Taka nodded as they continued to observe the fight, watching every move Jake made right up to when Jake teleported and reappeared in the field.

Gabrielle: Well we know it was not the teleport that broke things

Taka: Clearly something happened to Jake between these fights

Taka then backed away from the crystal making his way to the library followed by Eucliffe who caught up to him.

Eucliffe: Guessing you are going to check the same thing I want to check

Taka: Most probably, that fights a done deal, might as well start finding out what happened to Jake

Eucliffe nodded and they both head towards the library with the same intent to find out how Jake got this increase in power.

Jake dropped Djynns mangled body on to the floor and pulled out one of the flasks to capture him, as he did Djynn fired a small laser destroying the flask that he was holding and barley standing up, Jake looked at him.

Jake: Why are you even trying to fight, your body is destroyed

Djynn laughed as he did he coughed up a huge puddle of blood in the process

Djynn: This is not my body, anything can happen to this vessel, sure there is strain but we are made to handle it

Djynn then spat out more blood and snapping his body backward to realign his back, Jake fired a small fireball at Djynn knocking him back down to the floor

Jake: Could you just accept this and admit you lost already

He continued to laugh and cough up blood on the floor whilst Jake was pulling out another flask.

Jake: Shit only 2 left I need to make a new one after this

Jake pointed the flask at Djynn's body and opened it activating a bright light that started to capture him.

Djynn: Oh yeah, by the way, I was just buying time for her

Djynns spirit left the body and entered the flask as Jake closed the lid, the body instantly turned into ash exactly like Zenos's did leaving nothing behind

Jake: Who was he on about?

As Jake turned around he sensed a massive power above him, looking up he could see a small woman floating in the air charging up a huge ball and firing it at Jake with such speed that Jake could not react in time.

The ball hit Jake making him collapse to the floor, as he knelt on the floor she got closer to him.

Zoli: Hi I'm Zoli and I'm not happy with what I just saw, now can you please die

As she charged yet another attack and firing it at Jake who had only just managed to stand back up and dodge it, Jake sensing her power was greater than the previous two Demons put together.

Jake knew he had to take her down quickly as he had just fought Djynn and even with this new kick of power knew he would not last much longer
