Relegated Ego

The awakened humans from earth were all gazing at the sudden situation with a widened shocked eyes. They didn't know that the unawakened were all strong. They only knew that they were useless.

In a sudden moment, the crowd split apart — A very important person walked slowly unto the red carpet. She was emitting a strong force, or more likely an strong killing-intent.

And the ones that were following her back was, Kaz Retro and Kim Stayne.

She gazed at the unconscious Kyle and spoke, "Who did this?"

She then averted her gaze, and stared at the surrounding areas. She stared at the awakened and unawakened humans, like a dagger being stabbed through their bodies. The awakened humans then shook their heads in fear, muttering that they aren't the one who did it.

It was just a matter of seconds when General Cecil burst into anger. She then roared unto the room, "So a ghost did this!!"

Silence was the only thing they could do. They don't even have the will to talk, is it because she's an General?

No it isn't. It's because of the things that she might do.

She then started to grab unknown students by their collar. She raised them through the highest length that her two golden hands could give.

Caroll then tried to approach General Cecil to help the pitiful guy who was being hung around. But her brother Craymark stopped her, and he said, " It's not right to exchange your life to an unknown person. You aren't a heroine, let Vishan take care of his problem."

"Then — then what will happen to that guy! He's clearly dying! Everyone! We are the one that started this problem, should — shouldn't we try to help him!"

The guy that Caroll spoke to was also a student from their academy, just her grade-level, but isn't her classmate.

Caroll and Craymark were born from a rich family just like Kim Stayne and Kaz Retro. The two of them were highly educated and perfectly trained towards manners and subjects. The two of them were always top to their class.

They also went to the one of the prestigious academies on earth called Sky academy. But the requirements of that school isn't like the one that rein entered. It is rather paid by money which only high-class nobles could enter the prestigious academy.

Caroll gazed at her friends doing nothing at the situation, even rein is just staring at the situation naturally.

It was then when she saw, Rein expressionless face darkened.

Vishan could not take it anymore. He was the one that punched that highly-looking guy, so why did another person get punished for his problems.

Vishan then approached General Cecil, and said, "I'm — I'm the one who punched him."

General Cecil's face became pale-darkened as she averted her gaze. It was a blonde hair kid, with rich looking muscles unto his body.

She then said, "So why did you punch him? I needed a wonderful explanation."

That was the time when rein face became darkened. Like he remembered something from the past — he had remembered about her bitch teacher that is always doing a tantrum whenever, when he enters the school — wanting him to drop out as soon as possible.

Rein then clenched his fist. And murmured to himself, "That girl had the same attitude from my previous teacher…."

Rein were gonna say most about General Cecil attitude, but he had stopped murmuring to himself when General Cecil called Kaz Retro unto his back, and she said,

"I will forgive you if you will take a single straight punch from one of my pupils." She gazed at Kaz Retro approaching Vishan wildly.

The two beasts were staring at each other viciously.

As Kim Stayne could not take any of the intense situation much longer, she then shouted, "Stop this sister Cecil! We are endangering unknown people!"

General Cecil then replied instantly, "We are not, don't worry. And I can't allow the weak to fight the strong, it isn't in my dictionary."

"We — we should stop this!"

"Sure, we will." she reverted back at Kim.

"Re — really?"

"Yes, after that blonde guy takes one of Kaz's punches."

"What!"

There was nothing Kim could do — Kaz started to cover his silver gauntlet with electricity. He then spoke to Vishan,

"I'm very sorry— my pretty teacher orders."

"Kaz! Stop!"

Kim's loud words couldn't be heard by Kaz.

Kaz then punched Vishan brutally unto his face.

Vishan stumbled unto the red mat on the ground and even broke some of the tables and chairs.

Vishan didn't fight back knowing that General Cecil will leave them alone if he took one of Retro's punches.

Vishan then wiped his Bloodied lip with his arm — he then stood up, gazed at General Cecil with an outraged eye and said, " I've taken that red hair guy punch, you didn't forget about your promise right?"

General Cecil just remained silent after Vishan said that, but deep down she was fiercely angered — as Kaz Retro could not imagine there was someone who could really take his punch head on.

He was deeply burst in flames.

He then took out his large broadsword unto his belt, unsheathed it, covering it with electricity, and said, " If you can take my electro punch head on, then how about this?"

In response to Kaz words, vishan just smiled naturally. Like he is not afraid of him at all.

Kaz then swung his sword unto Vishan, aiming for his neck.

"Kaz! stop!!"

As Kim tried to stop Kaz by using her ice magic.

General Cecil had grabbed her hands — causing her magic to dispel.

"Noo sister Cecil, why!!"

It was just a matter of seconds when they had heard a clunking sound of swords colliding, instead of a head being cut.

As Kim averted her gaze from general Cecil who is grabbing her hands, she found out it was,

"Re — Rein!?"

All the people that were watching the fight were all shocked, their mouths were all agape. They are all asking just — "Just how did he get there instantly?"

Questions started appearing through their minds, but rein didn't even acknowledge their questions. He just blocked Kaz Retro electro sword and gazed at him ferociously — and said,

"What are you doing to my friend huh? Kaz Retro."
