The Higen people lived in the western region of Fiyer. Blessed by fertile lands and soil, it was able to stand to what is now called L'sow Kingdom.

Even in the past, the relationship between Afis and L'sow has always been a good one. Whenever one is in trouble, they'll send their reinforcements to each other.

Just like the brotherhood relationship between Wexcistif and Cali, they'll save one another if they are in trouble.

The Higen people practices "single marriage", this means that you can only be married once, and that partner will be your partner till the end.

They also believe that having too many wives or husband might only bring you curse and bad luck, and so that kind mindset pass down from generation to generation.

Even the Royal Family doesn't accept concubines or mistresses, much worse will be an accidental birth of an unwanted child.

Judith the Chancellor was one of the classmates of King Ryner and King Gildeon back in Silver Edge Academy, and even after graduation and obtaining a legacy, she swore to work under King Ryner.

She is a lady with a neatly bonded reddish hair and aqautic blue eyes. Has a slim figure and is looking young despite her real age.

In Higen, the 5 Noble Families consists of:

1.) Setriam Family - bearing the crest of the Phoenix.

2.) Meyner Family - bearing the crest of the Serpent.

3.) Democlitus Family - bearing the crest of the Griffon.

4.) Redegra Family - bearing the crest of the Pegasus.

5.) Sevry Family - bearing the crest of the Swan.

Sitting beside her is the L'sow's Advisor - Aemir Sevry, she came from Sevry Family which was known for being Feminist and Strategic Planning.

She's a lady of exquisite beauty accompanied by her silky whitish blonde hair and green eyes. Revealing her calm and noble demeanor, you can see how elegant her every action was.

People used to call her often before as "P.F.F.N" or perfect figure for nobles, it was until she found the person who started calling her like that and busted out his ass.

Welp, looks can be deceiving at some point. And sitting right next to her was the Legionary Captain of the L'sow Kingdom.

The one who's responsible for the kingdom's security - Leon Democlitus. He came from the Democlitus Family, and was known for being a womanizer.

It can't be help since Leon can back all the claims and reports from the people with his looks alone.

He got a charismatic aura that can bewitch any virgin maidens, with a fine touch of masculinity on him even if he's wearing an armour.

His blonde hair and his white greyish eyes makes you feel that he can look at you inside and out.

In other words, he's just a bastard and a womanizer. However, you can't deny the strength he possess, and is believe as the second strongest man in the L'sow Kingdom.

Same as the Afis Kingdom, out of these 5, only Prince Edward got an A Class-Legacy, and the rest of them were on their S Class-Legacy.

In fact, Prince Edward and Herber were classmates as well in the Silver Edge Academy, and they departed together to the Court of Legacy where they obtain their own legacy.
