The note

The rustling of the trees in the wind, the sound of birds chirping and the sunlight hitting my face.

I groggily opened my eyes and sat up.

The forest around me was ordinary looking, there were tall trees, bushes and birds in the sky.

It wasn't anything special.

I stood up and shook off the groggy feeling, as I did, I noticed that there was a backpack next to where I was laying.

It was big and brown and had a lot of pockets, it sort of looked like a really small version of Lilly's backpack.

Opening it up I found a few interesting items and few interesting one's.

The first item I examined was some of the not so interesting ones, these items were mostly rations(dried meat and fruit), a pouch of Valis (around 20,000) and some spare clothes( two pairs of shirts a pair of pants and a cloak).

First of the interesting one's was a map, it had what I can only assume was my current location on it, and a red path that lead to the edge of the map, the map looked old and tattered and around the edges of the map was a set of runes. These runes were what I can only remember as Fate runes, these runes allowed objects to gain a godlike magical function.

The next two items were just my Gods Remnant armour and sword, except they seemed to be less powerful, usually they gave of a powerful aura, but the aura was less powerful now, I could sense that something was suppressing their powers, but I couldn't figure out what.

And lastly was a letter from Fate.

You probably read this letter last so I'll explain everything else first.

The Map, that you probably recognised is covered in Fate runes, is magic and can show you the right path to the thing that you want the most. Your Gods Remnant has been sealed and it's power had been significantly reduced to match the level of a Level 1s gear, at each level up your Gods Remnant will get more powerful and after a certain threshold it shall get even more powerful than it originally was. And lastly the bag itself, it does not have any magic functions but it is a really good bag.

And the other items, I'm guessing you already guessed weren't special

p.s I've added some new forms to your Fate Sword, there's a short sword, long sword and small round shield

After reading the letter, and having the feeling of butterflies because she said she'd see me soon, I put every thing in to the bag except for my Gods Remnant, which I equipped, and followed the map towards what I can only assume was Orari.
