Revelations

It was evident that Hestia was shocked at my status.

I could see it in her face that she knew something, so in an effort to keep thing truthful between us I decided to tell her about my true past.

"So you recognized her presence in the blessing didn't you?" I asked Hestia, and hedging from her reaction I wasn't too far off the mark.

"... Logan, who are you, really?" she asked looking up from my status sheet.

"let me reintroduce my self, my designation is Alpha14072004, I am a loyal servant of the True Goddess Fate and you Goddess Hestia, as one of the oldest gods in the Parthenon, know exactly who that is" I said, trying to discern what her reaction would be.

"...So your a Knight of Fate?" she asked with a hint of surprise in her eyes

"yes, I am" I answered while thinking of how to continue.

"...why are you here, Alpha?" she asked while putting away my Status sheet.

"honestly... I'm on Vacation" I said truthfully

"v-vacation????" she said, shocked and confused

I explained to her about my recent deeds in the world of Eden, about the necromancer, 5e temple of Fey and the power to transplace life energy, after which I decided question her about what she knew.

"Hestia what do you know about Fate, I mean as one of the Oldest Gods I presume that you must know something, unlike some Gods like Loki, Hephaestus and maybe even Freya, you should know at least a little about her and what she does" I stated

"I... I know only a little, anything more than what I know could tip fate in my favour, making Fey herself very angry... Why do you ask?" she inquired

"becaue I wanted to tell you more" I said, now Fate might get mad, but I truly wanted to tell her more, as a God it was sort of implied that she would need to know, or at least that was how I saw it.

"more... What could you tell me?" she asked, looking at me with a strange stare.

"I could tell you about my capabilities, about the multiverse and any worlds I've been too, I also might be able to reveal a little about what I know of Bells future" I revealed

This was some of the knowledge that I originally didn't want to tell her, because if I did Fate would need to change it so that no one would know the future, but this was what I was counting on, Fate said she would see me later, which means she would know where I am, which means she's watching me.

I was counting on this so she would change fate to favour me, or at least give me some of the events that had been chosen to be participated in by bell.

"I... I want to know only what will help me protect him, but you must tell Bell or anyone else about your true iden-"

"Hestia I am no fool, I know what I can and can't do, I am also very aware about how Fate does here work, and the risks of telling people, especially the Eldest Gods, about me and my true nature, it I want you to know this, I can only tell you so much because once. Do, there is a chance that Fate might sway to favour a new champion, this means that by telling you, Fate will have to replace Bell with a new 'protagonist' if you will" I said, making sure Hestia knew what was about to happen

"please, anything that might hurt bell... I want to know, and if Fate has to change them, all the better if that means bell won't get hurt"

And so I explained to her some of the things that would have happened to Bell, the War Games, The Black Goliath, The Downnfall of the Ishtar Familia, even Freya's 'love' for him.

(Fate POV)

I sat there with a wary smile on my face, I had just listened in on Alphas conversation with Hestia, and I had even peaked in to his mind a little.

And I had to say.

I was slightly proud of him.

His reasoning skills and ability to predict my actions we're spot on.

So now, all I had to do was spin Fate in a different way.

By changing most of Bells fate and giving it to Alpha.

I even changed a few things here and there to make it harder for him.

I didn't want him getting off scot-free after all.
