Mother's Words

{Olivia is going to walk in, in 20 seconds}

I get interrupted by the system

{15 seconds}

"..."

{10 seconds}

"Wait, who?"

{Olivia, Evans's mother. Now get ready she is about to enter in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1}

Olivia walks in with a bowl filled with porridge. "Oh, I see you finally woke up dear". I nod my head lightly as I got a headache from my earlier conversation with the system. "Well then, now that you have woken up. I have some news to tell you, is that alright?". "Yes, just go on ahead" I say calmly as I wait for her next words.

"We'll then, I might have accepted something without your consent so please let me apologize in advance" Mother says as she bows the full ninety degrees ."M-mother, please no need for that and don't worry I forgive you, you don't need to do this please stand up" I say as I help her stand straight.

I walk her over to my bed and usher her to sit. "Here, sit down and don't worry I trust you made this decision to help someone as you have a caring personality" I whisper softly. "Thank you, dear" mother says before she takes some breaths so as to calm herself.

"Here goes, My friend Kaila is infertile, she planned to go to the hospital to make a surrogacy arrangement but it's too pricey and in this case I had already told her about your special ability, so she asked me, if you could help her and her husband Chris have a child"

"She says that she will pay for everything and that if she does it this way she gets to help and see the progress of her baby grow. Not only that but, I know that it's better for her to know that her baby's growth will be in the hands of someone who she can trust. I mean. I would. Is this alright with you dear?" she says looking at me sadly with tears gathering in her eyes.

My eyes widened a little in shock but I know what she meant "Mother, I'll do it. Thank you for telling me. I really appreciate it" as I said this she looks at me surprised most likely expecting me to deny her request.

She gives me a big bear hug before standing and running off to probably tell her friend Kaila the good news. *Sigh* What have I gotten myself into?
