CHAPTER 41

As usual, Arata just became invisible and went into the mansion with the invisibility on. He was pretty late at night, so he thought that everyone was asleep. Arata climbed the mansion, Lucia lived only on the second floor.

There weren't any traps, but guards with Semi Automatic Rifles were on the gate. Arata could dodge the flintlocks guns in Brittania but wasn't sure if he could dodge all the bullets from automatic Rifles and Machine guns. He jumped into the room from the window. Lucia was asleep. Before he could decide whether he would killer her or wake her up and question her, she was gone.

"Don't move.", Lucia whispered in Arata's ear. Arata wasn't ready for this. He was invisible ! So he had his guard down.

"How did you know I was here ?", Arata asked.

"I can sense your breath. It's the gift for being the fallen. I can definitely feel when someone is breathing. I can also sense the age of a living being by the colour I see. You don't have much long, even though you are so young. Is that your price you paid to the voice ?", Lucia asked.

"Are you one of the specialists, and I feel you are Lust.", Arata said. After this, Lust removed the dagger on Arata's neck and sat on the bed. She gestured Arata sit on the bed with her but he declined.

"So, you are going to kill everyone tomorrow ? How are you going to do it ?", Lust asked Arata.

"That's what I came to discuss.", Arata said. "I had a feeling you were not as simple. So, whose side are you on ?"

"I left Anna in the Alvarez to get stronger. So, of course, I am gonna support someone who supported Anna.", she said.

"That's a very roundabout way to judge people. But, I don't care. I am glad I don't have to kill you for now. Plus you can tell me what happened with the voice.", Arata said.

"Ya, but not now. We will talk in the Rose cafe at 13:53 tomorrow. Be there.", Lust said.

After this, Arata jumped out of the window, and everything in the mansion went back to normal.

Arata went back and told his talk with Lust to Rachel. Rachel was quite surprised. They also drafted a list of questions to ask Lust. There were too many things they wanted to ask her. For example, Whose voice is that ? Why is her name after the Lust of the Seven deadly sins ? How to increase their life ?

Arata and Rachel had already discussed what they had talked about with their spirits. Arata told about the dimensions and scroll masters, and Rachel told Arata about the Spirit World. Even though they cultivated the Summoner scroll, to strengthen their spirits, they didn't get sent to the spirit world, but Rachel could go in and come back from the Spirit world.

The next morning, well, morning was like 10 AM for them, they got ready and toured the city and decided to have lunch at Rose cafe at 13:53. Arata went ahead and ordered for ust also. As expected, at 13:53, Lust came down and sat with them. She wore casual clothes and sunglasses. "So, how are you planning on killing all the representatives ?", Lust asked them.

"Well, it would be better to tell the layout of the building. It will be helpful. Actually, Why can't you kill them ?", Arata asked her.

At this line, her face turned red. "Well…. I can't …. Kill people.", she said in a low voice.
