Is he from 'men in black'?

1200 words, enjoy!

One hour or so, the whole Reed family arrived at Minato. The journey was smooth and under a French album that the family rather appreciated, although they did not understand anything.

Once at Minato, the family saw a lot of skyscrapers. The most impressive building was the one crowned with a planet with two rings, swirling around him. Not only was it large and luxurious, but there was also a sort of mysterious aura that emanated from it since only a very few amount of people knew what was going on on the highest floors.

Haji Reed drove the car until they reached a skyscraper with electrochromic windows, reflecting the current blue sky and the other buildings around it. He continued toward the parking, under the building. Two men were waiting at the entrance.

One of the two came toward the family's car and leaned towards the driver's side.

"Do you have the authorization of being here?" He said, looking at Haji.

"Yes, here's my summons." Haji replied, giving him a letter.

"... ok, you can continue, park in the red parking lot and lock your car." He said, after checking the authenticity of the letter and handing back the letter.

"Thanks." The father of the Reed family said, taking back his letter and driving past the two men who returned to their seat.

"Are you ready to know what your quirk is Suzuki? Keep in mind that even if it isn't what you hope for, we always be proud and happy to be your parents." Kanami said, turning to her son who just stepped out of the car at the same time as she did.

"Don't worry mom, I won't drop my dream of becoming a surgeon, no matter what happens." He said convincingly, not worried at all.

"Well, we believe in you, so keep on with your dreams son." Haji said to his son.

"I am excited to know about my quirk, let's go!" He shouted, grabbing the hands of his parents and leading them to the elevator.

The elevator was really beautiful and clean, it was large enough to take six people at the same time and high enough for tall people to be comfortable. The walls, floor, and ceiling were of a blinding white. Maybe you all thought that this elevator's music is a relaxing one, if so, then you are wrong. All elevator kinds of music are horrible past a certain point. That's a fact.

Once in the elevator, Haji pressed the button for the 5th floor, the medicine specialized floor. The doors opened and the family got past them, proceeding to go to the 'quirk division'.

At the end of the corridor, they stumbled upon a door with a sign where 'Doctor Marufija' was written on.

"Here we are buddy, time to see your quirk!" Haji said, not even leaving his son the time to respond, he grabbed him and pushed the door without even knocking on it.

'He is way too excited!' Suzuki and Kanami thought at the same time.

"Hm? Reed-san? Why didn't you knocked at the door before entering?" Marufija asked, pretty shocked to see his next appointment rushing so suddenly into his office.

"Ah? Seem like I was too excited... Anyway since you don't have anything to do let's begin with the quirk test then the IQ test!" He said, rubbing the back of his head before quickly changing the topic.

"*Sigh* I guess that's the only thing we can do for now, but don't you think I will forget about your behavior!" The white-bearded old man said before making a motion for Suzuki to approach the machine he was in front of.

"It will measure his potential to grow, his type and what he does, it won't collect all the information, only the main ones. " He informed the purple-haired boy.

"You just need to drop a drop of blood in there." Showing the little coverslip.

"Ok, here it goes." Suzuki said, dropping the drop of blood.

*Vrrrrrrr* *TZZZ* The machine made a few noises before stopping and printing, a brown paper.

"It's... insane!" Marufija exclaimed. "The level of your quirk is extremely high! Almost 50 times the simulation of Endeavor at the same age! To do a comparison, All Might's lower score is at 2500 PA, yours is at 500." He said, shocking both parents to the point where Suzuki's father almost fainted.

"If you were only a teenager, I would have considered this result to be completely normal, but yours is completely out of the ordinary."

"And what exactly is his quirk Marufija-san?" Kaname asked, curious.

"It seems that he can create a semi-circular sphere where he can control anything to his will as if he were in a surgery room. This means that he can cut anything in this zone without damaging it and can control the separated parts, and reassemble them. The victim won't feel any pain and can even control his separated members."

"Wow, son! It's a perfect quirk for surgery! With this, you can even be a hero if you want to!" His father said to him as excited as his wife.

"Yes, with a quirk like that, no chance that my patients died! I can be the government's best surgeon!"

'As if it was the limit of my goal.' Suzuki thought, smirking inside of him but letting his external expression be a kid's hysterical one.

"Can you activate your quirk for us?" Marufija asked expectantly.

"Yes sure." Suzuki then proceeded to turn his right hand to the ground and said the famous word that you all are hoping for: "[Room]"

From the palm of his hand, a circular circle extended to create a semi-invisible dome. The dome has engulfed the entire room, it seems to be his current limit.

"In there, I feel like I can do anything in exchange for my endurance, [Shambles]" said Suzuki, then changed the place of a pearl in his hand with that of a lollipop on the doctor's desk.

"Prodigious...!" the doctor exclaimed.

"Can we be done quickly with the IQ test? I am quite hungry..." Suzuki asked.

"Yes follow me."

After being lead in a room with a colorless mirror, he was said to sit and finish with all the questions written. Behind the mirror, we can see the two parents, the doctor and another man in a black suit and black sunglasses, looking expectingly to the kid writing in the distraction-free room.

Thirty minutes or so later, the kid was done with the test and left the room, giving his paper to the doctor who was waiting beside his parents and the unknown man.

"Young man, I came here today to ask you an important question, will you hear me out?" The man asked.

"Sure, otherwise it will be quite impolite won't it?"

"Before giving me your answer, you must know that your parents are completely fine with this, it wasn't easy for them, but I am certain that it is the best choice. Don't forget that the final decision is still yours." He said assuring the kid that his parents are completely fine with it.

"I know, I know, so what is it?

"Do you..."
