SY REAL ESTATES (3)

Anna saw Evan helpless gaze and felt happiness enveloping her, she looked at Evan and suddenly the cafe scene resurfaced in her mind. The same expression was there too, right?

Anna closed her eyes for a second and those emotions seems to have vanished all of a sudden as soon as she open them.

"Well, you guys can have dinner at my place." Anna invited while looking at Ethan with a small smile.

"It won't be too much, right?" Ethan asked Anna cautiously.

Anna shook her head and said. "Little Angel, you worry too much. And my friends will like you because we have a similar fellow among us, who is just like you." Anna was thinking of Mark here, he was same as Ethan. Childish yet mature at the same time.

Ethan looked over to Evan asking him about his decision, Evan nodded and Ethan cheered instantly.

Anna looked at them and then took her phone and notepad from the table and left for her apartment.

Evan looked at Anna's back and felt the same alienation as in the morning but ignored it. He and Ethan decided to wash-up first before going to her place.

Inside Anna's apartment, everyone was waiting for Anna. As soon as Anna entered, they looked at her in unison.

Anna saw them looking at her and said. "Mr Wright and Ethan will be joining for the dinner. After dinner no one will play around, me Alex and James will work upon some important stuff. Is that clear?"

Anna looked at them with slightly raised brows and instantly some whining sounds came from the three privileged people who were indirectly asked to rest or keep themselves shut in the rooms.

"We're no kids, why do we go inside while you work?" Mia narrowed her eyes at the other three but they ignored.

Mia felt frustrated and looked at James with bright eyes, she stepped towards him and said. "Dar----" James ran away as soon as he heard Mia's tone. He knew Anna will eat him as dinner if he falls into this honey trap.

Mia looked at her boyfriends back and thumped her foot heavily on the floor. Everyone else laughed at their little play. Mark and Jasmine looked at each other and shrugged as if expected the very fate from the beginning.

"We'll watch movie upstairs, I slept in the day so please!!!!" Jasmine looked at Alex and Anna with puppy eyes.

"Whatever." Alex and Anna said in unison and went to the kitchen where James is hiding.

After some time, the brother came from next door and greeted everyone. Ethan was not named Angel for nothing, he chatted with Jasmine, Mark and Mia and became friends with them within no time.

Mark and Ethan were both same in nature and matched very well.

"Ann, can we invite Ethan for our movie night here." Mark asked Anna.

"No problem." Anna then helped James with cutleries.

Alex and Evan talked about some trifles and bonded well, Evan and Alex have same 'SILENCE IS GOD' look on their faces and everyone laughed at them secretly.

Anna looked at them and was surprised to see these stubborn friends of her being amiable with strangers so much but didn't think of it.

Anna will certainly be shocked when they will match-make her and Evan together secretly. But it isn't the time for that.

The dinner went well with lots of laughter and fun topics about happened in past few weeks when they were not together.

Evan noticed that Anna didn't even shared a single thing about her time and experience about past few weeks. He more puzzled when she evaded topics related to her and changed them very finely.

After Dinner Mia, Jasmine, Mark and Ethan went to the theatre room to watch movies and their favorite dramas.

Anna looked at them with smile but it soon disappeared when they were out of sight, she looked back at the three man and sighed heavily.

"Mr Wright is helping us." Anna said in a light voice and took her tablet and laptop with the notepad and started working.

Alex and James looked at Evan who nodded and they smiled at him. James walked to him and patted his shoulders with a welcoming smile and said. "Thanks man."

Everyone worked till late in the night.

Anna looked at them and showed the information she collected and said.

"They are not alone in it, SY REAL ESTATE real roots are with Minister who was involved in distributing the land themselves. If we look at the surface, those ministers look like they are supporting those martyrs' families but, in their statement's, its referred and always mentioned about signed documents for transfer of ownership of lands. Also, they land was in a very popular area which is going to develop soon but authorities hadn't given out the news yet but those higher-ups knew it very well. And this mall construction will be a very fruitful investment. Minister's distant relatives are the company shareholders in name but the real mastermind is minister himself. Humm, if I'm not wrong this matter could've under the wraps but was in public eyes now because someone from the minister side is helping those martyrs. That's it. So simple.

Anna looked at the three and saw them looking at her with bright and gleaming eyes, she gave out a small smile and slipped down.

Alex, James and Evan were shocked and hurriedly went to other side to check on her and were left speechless.

Anna was tired to core and looked fast asleep. The three started chuckling.

"Bro, do you like Ann?"
