Daniel is suspicious!!!
"Ann's life is in danger!!" Daniel paused and continued looking serious. "Or should I say her work and life are involved with dangerous things."
Rose burst into tears as soon as she heard Daniel. Thomas and Dyna were stunned by this sudden information and Jack's frown deepened visibly.
"What do you mean by this? isn't she just a doctor?" Thomas asked impatiently.
"Dad after she left home, do you guys know that she disappeared for a whole year and after she came back; she suddenly changed her majors from computer's to medicine. Don't you find it strange that a person who loves computer programming like breathing changed to medicines when she clearly disgusted the smell of disinfectants!!!"
Daniel's words made all of them realized so many facts that they had neglected because of there guilt. They felt so useless.
"Grandpa, I know you both can't talk peacefully but can't you please stop being sarcastic to her whenever she came here. I don't know why but her visit here are always strange as if she is here to check." Jack too have noticed Anna's strange behavior.
"What do you pla---" Jack wanted to ask more but was stopped to hear footsteps from upstairs.
Anna came downstairs and saw them being serious and nervous.
"Danny's girlfriend is a nice and strong trait girl, no need to be so serious. Also, she is just an orphan but successful career women; don't think too much. That girl is perfect for family." She thought they were stressed because of that and spoke out for the girl.
Everyone understood what she was saying and went with the flow.
"But what is her name?" Dyna asked with curiosity.
"Ask him, she isn't my girlfriend or fiance." Anna winked at his brother.
Daniel was horrified with the information that Anna uttered so flawlessly.
The elders sighed with a heavy heart and looked at Daniel with anger and hurt.
"FIANCE??????" Jack shouted.
"Oh, you fell out of favor from your grandson? He didn't tell you anything, SO SAD." Anna said with a amused tone.
Jack was speechless and had no refute and glanced resentfully towards Daniel.
'Useless~' he thought and scoffed.
"Ann, how do you know that?" Daniel asked in a helpless tone.
Anna chuckled at him.
"Don't tell you didn't investigate who hired a chopper and rained all those rose petals?"
"I-I did." Daniel lied, he gave decoration related work to his assistants and prepared himself for proposal only.
"Useless~~" Anna said in exasperation.
"But at that time, we both were not in talking terms with each-other; how come yo---" Daniel was cut-off by Anna.
"You're the coward that didn't contact me but that doesn't make you someone else's brother; you're my brother so it's natural for me to look after you." Anna said the first half in serious tone and the other half in a playful tone.
Anna sat on the sofa and laid on her grandmother, Dyna's thighs and smiled to her. Dyna was very happy to have her granddaughter in her arms and felt herself feeling little scared thinking again about the information shared by Daniel.
Dyna caressed Anna's head lovingly and ordered the maid.
"Prepare some Apple-pie for my dear." Anna smiled broadly to her.
"Daniel what is the name of your girlfriend? Will you invite her for dinner in the evening?" Rose asked his son.
Daniel shook his head and was about to reply when a lazy voice replied in his stead.
"Danny's girlfriend is busy for next 2 weeks in Paris, so a big no for that." Anna played with the cube in her hands and said without thinking much.
Everyone was shocked by her level of information related about them.
Thomas was stunned and thought of testing Anna signaled Daniel to which latter nodded.
"Son, what is with that deal with CRAY FUN ORG.? I heard they are very good and organised!!!" he was looking towards Anna and his words were directed to Daniel.
Daniel said continuing the act.
"Yes, they were very good. No dirty records; very clean."
Anna who was playing with the cube paused for minute seconds and frowned looking towards Daniel.
"Danny, do you want to go back to overseas to prepare yourself more for business? There are barely any companies with 100% clean records, also the newest case that is in headlines for almost a month about those Martyrs involved this bloody company!!!!"
