"Daddy are you sure you have been to the office" I replied my dad 


Let me just just do a little flashback so you can be on the same page with me. 


"Yes come in " I replied to whoever was there


"Omolola please come here" my dad said immediately he came inside. 


I stood up from my study table and went to meet him


"Yes dad is there any problem" I asked 


"Omolola, Omolola, Omolola!!! How many times did I call you" my father said with anger laced in his tone 


"Lola why did you fire most of the security men" he said 


"oh dad is that what you are talking about, I thought its something else" I replied 


"Omolola I believe I asked a question and I also believe there is meant to be an answer" he replied me 


"Daddy chill, look most of them where fired because they where old, some were because instead of guarding the gate they will be eating" I replied him back


"Omolola so because of those minor things you fired all the hood security men" he replied already fuming


"Daddy calm down we will replace them okay, and we need race mentality for the Distribution manager" I told him


And that's what brings us to our current conversation.


"Daddy are you sure you have been to the office, Because if you are why are you so shocked, Look it's not only him, I have fired some others too"I said 


" Omolola what exactly is their offense" my dad Replied 


"Dad some are always looking at me anyhow and some are so disrespectful" I replied 


He tried containing his anger but it's not my fault anyway, I felt the urge to roll my eyes 


"well look Lola am employing them back and don't think that of firing anyone without proper offense made by them get that" my dad said warning me. 


"look dad you can do whatever you want but when I resume back am firing them again" I replied and walked away 


"Omolola you can't walk out on me, come back here, Lola am talking to you" I heard my dad say behind me"


I will be taking my second course soon so I need to pack.
