Chapter 4: The uses of Stone Crystal

While Xiao Ren was training he felt the difference of power when he use the Raging Tiger Fist before he breakthrough to 5th layer, he also felt that his stamina increase because when he was at 4th layer he can only use the first move of the Raging Tiger Fist 3 times, but now he can use it 5 times before he was exhausted. After Xiao Ren finished training he go home and after eating he go back to his room and meditate, when Xiao Ren stop meditating he begun to think to try find a medicinal plant to have the stone crystal absorb its energy and see if it will help him by giving him a strand of red energy again, he also think if there is another thing that the stone crystal can do that he do not know of, besides giving him the strand of red energy, thinking about this he decided that he will try to find medicine plant tomorrow before going to sleep.

Xiao Ren wake up early in the morning before immediately going out after he ate. Xiao Ren's direction is not the same as usual, because this time he want to find a medicinal herb in the mountain to have it's energy absorb by the stone crystal.

As Xiao Ren was searching for an medicinal herb he thought to himself 'f*ck am I really so unlucky that I can't find a rank 1 medicine herb even though I'm searching for it for about 3 hours? haysss' sighing Xiao Ren thought that maybe he should search later, because he feels that he should train since he can't find a medicinal herb.

Xiao Ren then walk towards to his usual training spot and continue to train his body and his Fist Technique the Raging Tiger Fist. After training for 4 hours Xiao Ren stopped training and start searching for medicine herb and this time he goes a bit deeper in the mountain because he can't find medicine plant or herb in the place's he'd search early in the morning.

'Sigh, now I know that finding a medicinal plant is hard, looks like I can't find any medicinal plant today. well I'll just search again tomorrow' Xiao Ren sighed while thinking when he can't find a medicinal plant. Xiao Ren was about to go back when he saw a medicinal plant or herb in the distance, he didn't see it earlier because it is hidden from his position earlier, now he was heading towards it to get a better view on the medicine plant. when he is about 15 meters away from it, he identified the medicine it is a medicinal fruit called Crimson Vermilion Fruit it is a rank 2 medicine while half a meter away from it he saw a Scorpion Tiger and it is a Intermediate mid level wild beast.

There is also ranking in the magical beast the first is wild beast who is as strong as the human body tempering realm cultivator the wild beast is also further leveled called low level wild beast, mid and high with sub-layer of initial, intermediate and peak, it is also the same further in the rank of a magic beast, next to the wild beast is rank 1 magic beast who is as strong as Martial Apprentice and so on, but even though they are as strong the beast has an advantage due to their stronger physical body than human.

"Huuuh, so that Crimson Vermilion Fruit is guarded huh, I'm lucky that I didn't run to it or else I will wake up that beast as even though we are almost the same in the realm I don't think I can defeat that thing" Xiao Ren said while at the Scorpion Tiger before wiping his sweat on his forehead. Xiao Ren then think if he should get it or not, and decided that he should get it, he think of a plan to steal the crimson vermilion fruit.

After having a plan Xiao Ren move slowly while hiding in bushes and tree trunk to get behind of the Scorpion Tiger. when he was behind the tiger he wait for a while before he plan to launch a sneak attack to the scorpion tiger using the technique he was training the Raging Tiger Fist first move Roaring Fist, after closing on the scorpion tiger quietly he hit the back of the scorpion tiger before getting close to the Crimson Vermilion Fruit and pick it out. Xiao Ren was about to run when he hear an angry roar and saw that the Scorpion Tiger is pouncing on him.

Xiao Ren immediately dive to the side to dodge the tiger and roll for a few times before getting up, after he stand up he saw the tiger attacking him again but this time he dodge to the left side with a few step "hayss, I didn't think that it will not get injured after it receive the full power strike of my Roaring Fist" Xiao Ren said staring at the tiger glaring at him angrily.

"I don't think I'm at initial mastery of it but I think I will used it to buy time to make a run" Xiao Ren said to himself before dodging to the right side when the tiger attack him again. Xiao Ren dodge to the left before he shout while punching "Raging Fist" before using the second move of the Raging Tiger Fist punching the Scorpion Tiger to it's right side.

"ROARRRRR!" The tiger roar in pain and while the tiger roar, Xiao Ren immediately run and hide to the bushes and tree.

After running and hiding for about an hour as he could still hear the angry roar of scorpion tiger during the past hour, he take out the Crimson Vermilion Fruit and the stone crystal and place it side by side. Then Xiao Ren saw that the Crimson Vermilion Fruit got absorb by the stone crystal he wait for it to give him a strand of red energy but it did not come "hey don't tell me you give me a red energy? ahh I work hard to get it and almost get caught by the Scorpion Tiger, but you won't even..." Xiao Ren was complaining but didn't get to finish because he saw the stone crystal letting out five drops of red liquid elixir and Xiao Ren sense that it is full of energy, seeing the five drops of red liquid elixir Xiao Ren thought that maybe if he consume it he will really breakthrough to 6th layer.

Xiao Ren gulp nervously because even though he sense that the red liquid drop is full of energy he didn't know if there is a side effect after consuming it, but he grit his teeth and put the liquid drop to his mouth and gulp it, because he knows that he should take risk to get stronger. After he consume the red liquid drop he felt that his getting stronger "Wow, what effective elixir this is, I think if I consume another one I'll be able to breakthrough to 6th layer, but I feel that I'm full if drink another drop I'm afraid"

Xiao Ren want to consume another one drop but he decided against it because he feels that he's will explode from to much energy, that's why he decided to just keep it for now, as Xiao Ren was keeping the red liquid drop to a bottle and he thinks to sell the other 3 drops and use the money to buy rank 1 medicine herb or even rank 2 if he is lucky to sell the red liquid elixir for a high price and to use the money to treat for Xiao Xi's sweet when he will accompany her to the city.

Then Xiao Ren go back to his usual training spot to see his improvement after consuming the elixir. Xiao Ren was in a good mood after he finished his training, then he rest for half an hour before getting ready to go home. Xiao Ren got home after walking around 15 minutes and suddenly heard someone shouting his name "Big brother Xiao Ren! your early today, do you already finish your training?" Xiao Ren then saw Xiao Xi heading towards him and he answered with a nod "hmmm, I finished my training early today" Xiao Ren then pat her head when she got in front of him

Xiao Xi was delighted when he heard Xiao Ren's answer while he was patting her head "hmmm, then do you have free time tomorrow? I want to go to city tomorrow because I heard that there is a new sweet tomorrow called cake and I want to try it, you already promised me to treat and accompany me to city please" Xiao Xi said while looking at Xiao Ren with her puppy eyes.

Xiao Ren don't have a heart to said no while looking at her puppy eyes and he also think that he should also sell the elixir that the stone crystal made after absorbing the Crimson Vermilion Fruit "hmmm, Alright we will go tomorrow to city" Xiao Ren said with a smile.
