A Glimpse Into Untold Horror

The convenience of the spell allowed every being with an ego to understand its meaning. It would always appear to block individuals when they try to peek at his stats. The cosmic gods were trying to forcibly ignore it.

The ones they notice were the Obsidian Knights that just dealt with Elishem's group. But for some reason, everyone believes Asier fought them. No one even recognizes them. It would be strange if they did, since what they were watching was something akin to an illusion but on a universe scale. The actual fight, if you can call it that, was happening inside a parallel dimension, completely closed off to peeking eyes, no matter how powerful. This was the first time anyone saw this type of model. Although they felt they were strong, the Cosmic Gods were only vigilant and nothing more.

[Saeva, Nuriel, Iyleen, Sylax, Yrenea, Carbin, Styxa, Ryker. You are to remove those eight morons over there, they're getting in the way. This will be the first time you fight against Cosmic Gods since y'all only been born in recent years. You may use your weapons if you must. During this time, you will be disconnected from the 'Void Nexus'. This is a perfect opportunity for our forces to fight and gain experience. You can fight together or fight separately, whatever you choose. You probably already noticed, but the forces that were too powerful to participate in this battle are also watching. So you better not embarrass the machine army, otherwise when you reconnect to the 'Void Nexus' the older generation will give you an earful.]

[As for Iknus. Since he's going to die anyway, might as well try an invention on him.]

This conversation only took a second, since it all happened through instant-telepathy.

The extraordinarily acute senses of Asier traveled trillions of miles in all directions. The enemy covered the entire side, just like the stars in the sky. Just seeing that sight, he already wanted to fight them all himself but resisted the urge. Now is the time for his forces to grow, as he turned to look at them. No matter how many times he sees it, it's a sight to behold. The countless machines that came in all shapes and sizes. Followed by the beings he and his machines found from the deepest parts of the explored universes. While he was scanning his forces, he saw the newly promoted Primordials not far away. His eyes made contact with one in particular. The female who escaped her fate. She carried an innocent smile on her face, as she gave an excited wave at him. Seeing that, Asier couldn't refrain from showing a slight smile of his own as he returned it with a nod. During this quick exchange; from the smile he showed to the nod. They had a small conversation in that instant. At this time, the vibe around the female had turned excited, as her eyes became even firmer, filled with determination. Whatever happened in the exchange had ignited her fighting spirit even more. Asier had an instant chat with each of the new Primordials. Until he finally turned his eyes away, not once did his senses leave the enemy.

The entire atmosphere in 'The In Between' was already filled to the brim with gunpowder. Just waiting for the spark that would ignite everything. The auras from both sides collided like lightning, forming countless weird bubble-like distortions light-years across. Popping and forming popping and forming, it kept repeating non-stop as it stayed in this equilibrium. All this from a mere stare down.

The In-Between, the stage for this devastating battle.

"My Legions, my army…" Asier moved forward, as his once calm voice now carried an indescribable power. A powerful cosmic force was welling up within him as space palpitated with him at the center. Many of his forces couldn't help but roar out.

The power of the Cosmic Gods soared, while their forms began to transform into a mass of formless energy.

"Oh shit, here we go." An unknown mob said.

"Get ready!!" The enemies' side roared out, as to throw away their doubts.

Asier's body that didn't show any aura before. Finally showed a sliver of his power for all to see, and at that moment.

Power on a completely different dimension.

The corrosive aura of untold horror spread out everywhere, encompassing everything. His forces felt nothing, his foes felt everything. The distortions from the collision stopped. The enemy's figurative hairs stood on end, their bodies paralyzed with fear, as their orifices bled. The Cosmic Gods' rising momentum came to a grinding halt, their energy fluctuations went out of control, their cosmic wills dried up instantly, as their cosmic senses screamed. Run! Run! Run! Like they just saw a horrifying impossibility.

"In my will…" The entire war fleets began to tremble, as space seemed to roar out in joy, as to welcome someone from a higher order.

The Cosmic Gods were the ones that felt the changes the greatest. They looked at Asier as if seeing the impossible, and an engulfing fear descended upon them. Causing them to turn around and run away.

However, it was too late.

The Obsidian Knights had already disappeared from Asier's side, as a fist of massive energy appeared right in front of their faces.

Kaboom!

They couldn't even react, they were punched, grabbed, and then removed from the field. While Iknus felt something wrapping around his existence. And in the next moment, an irresistible force drags him away. No distortions, no tears, no ripples, just gone. This all happened way above the speed of light.

"Let the fun begin!"

The words fell, and the battle was detonated. Most of his forces transformed into massive forms of energy, turning into streaks of light, surging forward into the enemy.

The enemies were still reeling back from the aftereffects of being exposed to Asier's aura. Those who recovered quicker saw their primary force disappear in a completely unbelieving state. The ironic thing was, the ones that didn't even notice that event were the ones that could react the fastest. As for the unlucky ones, they were either splattered, disintegrated, lariat in half, or were literally obliterated out of existence.

And just like that, a battle above the speed of light started.

There was no talking only screams and destruction. No breaks, just non-stop violence.

Asier was multitasking in the back, commandeering fleets in the billions, watching the fight of the Obsidian Nights going on inside a pocket dimension, watching over the newcomers, seeing the enemies trying their best to resist the onslaught, seeing the faces they made when they found out what happened to their gods, then getting killed by them, priceless, keeping an eye out outside 'The In Between' for any intruders, and turning the defeated into origin crystals.

At one point during the battle, even the seven stalkers showed up, but they looked completely different from before. Devoid of all the free will they used to possess. As they attacked their enemies with reckless abandon, disregarding the damage they took. The face and emotions that erupted from Iknus at the moment when his own creation ripped out his very life was hilarious.

All this, as he was chatting with Ava as a pass-time.
