<p>Even though I would have preferred to stay home and relax with my little doggy in my arms, I couldn't deny that I was having fun. Socialising with my friends was something that I hadn't indulged in for months, and partaking in the activity now was very freeing. The party was less of a wild party and more of a large gathering of people in costumes, but the atmosphere was like a nightclub and there was a dance floor so I guess it was half and half? There was food being passed around on platters and drinks being passed around in the same fashion. Obviously I grabbed at the deviled eggs whenever they came around. Never in my life had I ever had a longing for eggs except now. </p>
