I'm not The Chosen One! (Tags - Comedy)

All his life, Jia Fan is proclaimed as the chosen one! The one that shall save the world from an unknown threat that will happen in twenty years.

There is just one issue...

"I'm NOT the chosen one!"

Jia Fan mentally cried everyday.

Every since he was 3, after countless torture to learn. He realized that if he is the chosen one, training, learning, in every aspect shouldn't be hard. But he struggles in every aspect. If not for the hardwork and constant resources provided to him. He would probably be a average person.

Whats more? He noticed a certain cousin of his whom was born a year later of the exact day as him has a shockingly high talent. And after one month of studying fortune telling. He can conclude one thing...

The previous fortune teller misread the digit by one...

Now he has two choices..

Tell his findings to his family and be killed due to the wasting of so much resources.

Or train harder than anyone. And make his average talent look like the best talent.

With his cousin with his shocking talent to catch up to him quickly, how will Jia Fan keep up his act as "The Chosen One"?

Plot

Little did he know... The fortune teller is known for making minor mistakes(which will be shown if this is ever a novel). And his Teacher will comment "If it wasn't for the 'talent' he displayed, they probably would leave him aside thinking there was a mistake in the year and train the cousin instead." Which also hints that he wouldn't have been punished if he said it earlier. But he is in too deep to tell his Teacher now!
