Heaven's Eye

Tian Yen, was born from the legacy of both the Sky Clan and Earth Clan.

The Sky Clan's people has the ability to see the future, however having a set of limitations. 1) They can't see the future of someone with the bloodline of the Sky Clan and Earth Clan. 2) They can't see any major events altered by the Sky Clan and Earth Clan. 3) They are born with a future limitation, meaning, how far they can see into the future is determined at birth.

The Earth Clan's people have the opposite ability, being able to see the past. Their limitations can also be said to be that. However they don't have the limitations of the Sky Clan's. Meaning they can see the past of anyone, any event, and they don't have a limitation to how far back can they see.

It was true in the ancient times, the Sky Clan and the Earth Clan was a set. The Sky focus on seeing the future while not meddling in it, while the Earth Clan focus on presevering the history, by writing it down. The moment it is written down, anyone with Earth's Eye can see the true history.

But 2000 years ago, the Sky Clan rebelled. They started interfering with the world to gain power, believing that the Sky Clan, despite it's eyes with a set of limitations is much better than the Earth Clan. It was with this that the Sky Clan and Earth Clan parted ways. The main reason why the Sky Clan never attacked the Earth Clan was because of a legacy, given by a ancestor who sacrificed his life fo peer into the future. This ancestor was the only one who had no limitation on his eyes. But sacrificed himself to see the far future, and he saw a dead future. Thus his dying breath was "The Sky Clan and Earth Clan shall be linked to the end of time, if the Earth Clan dies, so will the Sky Clan." Meaning if the Earth Clan perish so would the Sky Clan. And they would need to work together in the future.

Over 2000 years, the Sky Clan became the most powerful and aggressive hidden clan in the world. While the Earth Clan remain one of the most reclusive clan in the world. A part of how this turns out is their eyes. Sky Clan's people would become greedy after seeing opportunity for riches. While the Earth Clan realizes the mistakes of the Sky Clan from their eyes.

40 years ago, both the Sky Clan and the Earth Clan had birthed a son and daughter at the same time respectively. However, despite the difference in their eyes. One thing was the same. Their eyes didn't glow at birth. When a person of the Sky Clan or the Earth Clan is born, their eyes would glow. For the Sky Clan, each second it glows is how many years they can peer into the future. While for the Earth Clan, each second it glowed represents the importance of the person.

But... both of those child's eyes didn't glow.

The Sky Clan, with their aggressive nature, immediately killed both the boy's parents. Obviously to them the child wasn't of their bloodline. Before leaving the child to die in the woods.

The Earth Clan, with their more passive nature, trusted the explaination of the girl's parents and raised the female.

The boy who was a baby at the time, had obviously felt the predicament he was in, and whimpered sadly. And with a lightning flash in his eyes that appeared for a second. His eyes suddenly go dark.

While the female baby who was just born had a suddenly flashed in her eyes. Catching the elder's attention when they were speaking with the girl's parents. The female baby also kept crying in a direction, which attracted the entire clan.

In a few hours, after deploying the strongest clan, both the babies unite. And under the pretext of the babies having a link of fate. The female baby's parent took the boy baby as another son.

For the first five years, the boy baby was deemed blind. Until when he was fifth years old, he was slowly able to regain his sight. It was only when he finally opened his eyes did the Earth Clan truly confirmed who he was. The successor of the Sky Clan.

Back when the babies unite. The elders of the Earth Clan immediately had an assembly. The past legacy that was ever written by the Sky Clan and Earth Clan united. And determine that the boy was the true successor of the Sky Clan. His eyes did not glow because he had no limit! And the reason he was blind was because he went against his eye's law to contact someone of the Earth Clan. Doing this would have normally killed the person. But as if Heaven's took pity, they only blinded him for five years. (Author's Note: Waypoint 1)

This story could have been about how those two babies grew up against the world, becoming the strongest... But when they were twenty-two and had their first baby, the Sky Clan had sent assassins to assassinate the two. Believing that the Sky Clan, even if it's half a bloodline can't be spread outside of their clan. The baby was only spared because they didn't know he was born.

And that baby is Tian Yen, and he can be said to be born with the Heaven's Eye. Similar to his parents, his eye never glowed when he was born. But when he was five, when he was playing around with blinking, he found out he can see the future with his left eye, and the past with his right. The only reason he didn't discover his eye's ability earlier was because thar each eye countered each other. Only by closing one and activating the power will it work.

And now that his 18, with the ability to see both the past and the future, he can only do one thing... That is to cheat in exams! By using his left eye and peering into the future, he can see corrections done to his exam paper!

Truly, what a wastage of the legendary Heaven's Eye.

Plot

Fusing the ability of both Sky and Earth Eye will allow an access to a third eye in the middle of his forehead - the true Heaven's Eye. Allowing him to jump across time.
