Chapter Forty-Two

Matthew didn't pay any attention to his new office. He hadn't had time to do more than stack the boxes against the wall. Fortunately, the tech people had set up his new computer and made sure all his information was transferred over. Matthew wasn't going out into the field to report. Now he had people across the country he could call on to send in tapes and reports of what was happening.

He would have hated it, but it would be a waste of energy. He determined somehow to make a difference by the way he reported on the First Nations' Rebellion. Journalists weren't supposed to get involved in the news. But as far as he could see, no one else was even trying.
