"Absolutely," Martin said, "and I will make sure that Bill knows just how vital you are to the work." He saw Brad relax and flip to the first page of the shot list.
"What we want," he said as he read through the list, "is a lot of shots of different areas and scenes that the editors can use for transition shots. We need to stay well away from where Bill is shooting. We can use ambient sound as well."
"What do you think we should do first?"
Brad looked around and pointed over to the forest on the west edge of the meadow.
"Would I sound too artsy if I said that the light over there should be perfect?"
"I'd say you'd sound like a director."
They walked around the edge of the meadow with the sound and camera crew following them.
"Bill doesn't want people walking through the meadow until we need to," Brad said.
