4. TEAM UP TO LOSE THOUGH WIN

I woke up and found myself in the arms of someone. When I turned and saw, it was Ravali. She looked so cute when asleep. I gently pulled her hands off me and got down and saw Avi lying on the couch in my room. Then all the events of the past night started flooding out. Avi smiled seeing me waken. "Hey, good morning sunshine" he grogged.

I generally was not a person who shouts at maids or whatsoever. But this time I ran straight out of my room and shouted "I told specifically not to allow anyone in the house. How come there are two people in my room. Do you know that I have the right to dismiss you all?" I was shaking with anger. Ravali came to me and hugged me. That did some work on my hardened heart and I started spilling out fresh tears all over again.

Ravali started soothing me and patting my back. "Hey its okay, it's okay. I'm here now" But that had no effect on me. "Yeah, I just remembered my parents Ravali, its fine. I'll just go freshen up" I started to go downstairs not wanting to talk or meet Avinash. Yes, I'm mad at him. Avi was the nickname which I gave him and I so take it back. I have nothing to do with him anymore.

"Saha just wait, please. Just lemme complete the sentence at least once. How can you be so stubborn?" "How dare you call me stubborn Avinash? You don't have any right on me whatsoever. You get that". I was never this angry with anyone. I know I'm stubborn but I didn't want to know that from him. "I'm done with you Avinash"

"So we are playing that game now huh? Whatever, you can't escape from my athletic self" with that he came beside me and stopped me by holding my hands. I didn't want to look at his eyes. We never had any agreement so as to not do any internship, but I didn't even see the possibility of such a thing happening then. But whatever might happen whenever he holds my hand I get a feeling of togetherness, closeness which I get from no one else. His smile is enough to break me out of my anger spree. This time I was more angered than ever. But seeing him coming for me, I couldn't help but smile.

"What happened to the angry bird now?" Avi was laughing at me. I was nowhere near to laugh with him. So I jerked my hand off him and kicked him. It took him by surprise. He fell down on the floor and winced in pain. Good work Saha. He stays there laughing and seeing me. I turned him back and sat on top and him and held his hands. "Now let's talk."

"I suppose you are comfortable now"

"Too much"

"Then listen to me. I have not applied to any scholarship in case you thought I betrayed you or whatever. Hmm. Now coming to think of it, have you?" he was entertained. "Remember I have your hands and the motto to break them" I warned him. "Ok ok, I'll get straight to the point. My dad applied me to that internship even after a fight with him which was actually the reason I called you."

"Continue" I urged him to talk.

"That's all I suppose. Now if you lemme go, we need to get going to the League. Or have you forgotten about it?" Avi reminded me. "Letting you go doesn't mean I'm talking to you young man. Get that." I need to team up with him to play the game. It's going to be bad. For him.
