All life froze for that one second. And a lot can happen in that tiny speck of moment.
Inside her soul, two women faced each other once more. One woman reciting a spell in a strange ancient dialect, to release Zakaroid of his burden and for her to take the reigns. The other woman was reciting another spell that could control the Universe as she saw fit.

The white energy mist disappeared, leaving Leah holding the Sword high. Her voice uttered words that had never been spoken by a human. She swung hard, instantly decapitating the Elder God. Instead of freeing his soul from his bondage of immortality, his soul was swallowed up by the powerful Sword and he too became its prisoner. An intense light emerged from Zakaroids body, where his head had previously been connected to his neck. Screams of agony from the others inside the prison dimension filled the Gods domain.
