Chapter 91: No Right Turn

The remains of a two-lane street stretched down for miles, decorated by potholes lined with charred heaps of concrete and metal. A dull blue traffic sign hanging from a metal wire flashed in the corner of Vance’s eye as he led Winslow down the street.

NO RIGHT TURN. Its surface was pocked with decay.
