Katreena knew something was wrong.  As the world watched the bolts of energy shoot off the planet and through the sky, Katreena sat quietly in her room with her eyes closed concentrating on reaching out to Roy.  When he had touched the Land Stone, he connected with every stone, including the Boto Stone, which in turn connected everything he was doing and experiencing to Katreena.  She witnessed it all through his eyes.  When it was over, she felt him fall to the ground and his mind go dark but could feel that he was still alive, if just barely.  The Land Stone had killed kings in the past, and no king had ever done what Roy had.  The price of using the stone's power was one's, own soul.  Knowing if she was to have a chance to save him she needed to get to him quickly.  Running as fast as she could she went to his fighter and climbed in.  From his dreams, she knew there were both a manual and a verbal interface.
