Chapter 46: Spy

Living at Harvard was a huge relief for me. Not that I didn't love the coven and my family, but there was an amazing sense of freedom that came with college life, a lifting of worries, at least from my shoulders, and I happily settled into Miriam's dorm room with her best friend, Erica Plower.

Miriam and Erica's multitude of friends made me feel welcome too, inviting me to parties and outings, and I often waxed nostalgic over the ways of young adult witches and their need for fun. My darling Thad would have fit in fabulously, I was sure of it.
