Chapter 6: Sayuri's heart

Hata Sayuri is the 2nd child and only daughter of the Main Hata family.

Since the time she could think, she always got attracted towards magic and dreamed to be the best mage in the entire kingdom

And for that very reason, she worked hard, day and night.

She was never interested in money or fame, the only thing she wanted was to be the strongest mage.

And due to her strict nature, Michio (old one) always got scared of her and rarely interacted her

Seeing her brother distancing himself from her, Sayuri became sad as at the end of the day she always wanted to have a little brother.

But because her little brother can't use magic she became sad and worried about him. As in this world, mage or those who could be performing magic spell have much more future opportunities than fighters.

And also, her family is one of the noble families in the capital city of Catani kingdom, so them having a child who can't perform magic is a big stain

Many, other noble families and relatives persuaded her (Sayuri) parents to disown Michio. And to some extent they were successful but it was Sayuri that said "I won't let anyone of you harm my little brother"

Her sole persuasion allowed her parents to only care about their family, not what others say about them

It wasn't even Jiro who tried to stop his parents; it was only Sayuri that really cared about her little brother

Sayuri knew that the world is not that great place as she knows just how bad or worst the relationship between nobles and commoners are and then fighter and magicians is, as she was once on the verge of being kidnapped by someone

And because of that reason, she has a very strict nature.

Seeing her little brother avoiding her, Sayuri always felt said but then again she can't spoil him as he was already being spoiled to the point where he didn't want to do anything.

It was all because of Sayuri that Michio learned a little bit about how to fight but still, Jiro spoiled him again and again

Sayuri knows very well about Jiro's nature and that's the reason why she doesn't like him much

There were many times when Sayuri tried to personally train Michio and even tried to find element spirits but she never succeeded, all thanks to Jiro

Many time Sayuri tried to have a chat with Michio but he always got scared of her and ran away to Jiro

But things didn't remain the same after that day

The day when Jiro said that Michio committed suicide but it was all fake

And after that very day, Michio changed.

He always kept his eyes on Sayuri whenever she is doing practice and sometimes even try to chant spell though he failed, these all things made Sayuri happy

As her brother now no more seems to be scared of her

And one day Sayuri got a chance to speak with her. She asked, "Are you scared of me?"

With a smile, Michio told her "No, I never was afraid of you. It's just that you seem to be bigger than others. But now, I feel like even though you are a genius among your age group but still you are my sister. So why should I be scared"

The answer was simple but still, Sayuri was so happy that she wanted to cry, but she didn't cry as she doesn't want to destroy her image.

And then, after some more chat, she left him alone

Sayuri may seem hard and a bit scary but no matter what, she had always cared for Michio and will always care for him.

Present time-

Behind the mansion of the Hata Family, there is a big training ground.

And that's where Michio and his teacher ItoTatsu will fight

It was a simple fight practice, nothing fancy but Michio was worried for a something

And what was that?

It's that, he doesn't know how much strength he should show. So what he was planning to do was, seal all of his physical strength up to 99.9%

"Here I come" Tatsu said to Michio and came running towards him and lowered his body to throw a fist on Michio's stomach

The strength of his fists was not that much but it was enough to send a 12-year-old kid fly back a little bit

"pwuhaa"

Michio threw some saliva from his mouth as he falls down on the ground

'FUUUUUUUUUUUCK' he roared in his mind as he forgot that he doesn't have his mana and his body still hasn't recovered

This means that he can still feel pain and this time he felt some good amount of pain
