After Gabriel lead Aaron to his room he leave him and went to his own room on his way he met the Ella behind his close door he open his room and lead her in

" What do I own this visit for" he asked

" I want to eat cake" he was startled

"-----" he thought of how weird this girl can be eating cake at this time of the day shouldn't she watch her figure

" Am hungry" she smile

" You should have eaten by this time" after Ella promise him a shoe even knowing the shoe might just be a mouthservice he still went back to the kitchen to bake vanilla cake for her

Inside the room Aaron look around the room after that he take his shower and change into the pajamas that he found on the bed and think of the past events even since he was young boy after sometime he thought of calling the high priests but the high priest appears before him but Aaron did not find scared

" You call me my king" he bow

" I thought of calling you thanks for saving me the trouble"

" your Majesty is too kind on this servant"

" Have a seat" he crouch down beside him

" Drag a chair here, don't make me repeat myself"

" Sorry my king" he quickly carry a chair and sit on it

" where do you save Ella"

" I sent Kozi to save her when she was kidnapped"

" Who is that"

" One of your favorite pet, your Majesty"

" Take me where he is when the morning comes"

" Yes my king"

" Have a nice night"

" Thank you my king" the high priest leave the same way he came

When he make sure the high priest is out of sight he open the secret room and went in, the secret room look like a library he pick a book and sit on a chair

" Am sorry for not telling you the truth Brown, my old friend. I don't remember the past but I know who I am know since am six years old and I don't care for the past I care for is my Goddess forgive me" reading seven to eight books he leave the secret room and went back to bed and sleep

In the middle of the night, Ella came into the room Aaron was when he heard the foot steps coming towards him he knows who is it but pretend to be sleeping, Ella went straight to the bed and sit on it

" I love this place the most, I wonder why that old man can't give me this room when it empty" she sigh

" This room Is the best especially this bed" she Pat the bed like patting her favorite pet " I love you dear bed let me sleep here tonight to celebrate my victory let keep it a secret as always"

" So you want to spend the night with me" he speaks out of God nowhere which startled the girl who is in her Dreamland

" Oooooh" she scream and jump out of the bed

" Am really lucky today, to have such a nice meal present herself to me without struggling"

" Aaron, I thought we are friends, Umh" she smiled

" Aren't you supposed to be sleeping by this time"

" I can't sleep in other room except this room, sorry for disturbing your rest" she bow

" You can stay and rest for remaining hours before the day break" she didn't reget the offer and rushed to the bed

" Aren't you afraid of sleeping with a grow up man"

" Don't worry am not a woman"

" Then you are a man"

" Will you let me sleep my dear vampire, if not let me know" instead of answering her he get out of the bed and carry her to the bed and lay her on the bed which make the girl blush

" Have a good rest My Goddess" he kiss her forehead then tuck her in under the duvet

In the morning after doing his morning duties Aaron check on her whether she have woke up but the girl is still sleeping peacefully, he went out of the room immediately he open the door he met Gabriel by the door

" My your Majesty"

" You don't have to do that, we not in nineteen century but twenty-one century, where is high priest"

" I haven't see him today, should I send for him"

" No" Gabriel kept blabbing and blabbing till they reach the living room, Aaron take his sit when Gabriel want to crouch down beside him just like the high priest did before he pull him up

" Am I that bad of a king to mistreat his people" Gabriel was stunned that he kept shaking his head like a chicken he later compose himself

" No my king not even once have you maltreat anyone, you treat us like your family and friends, you treat us all nice and well"

" Then sit with me" he Pat the space beside him for him, Gabriel look left and right before he sit beside him

" How do we meet"

" You save my life when my Uncle want me dead because he want the throne, you gave the throne to me after thirty thousands years on the throne I gave the throne to my younger brother"

" Which being are you"

" Mermaid" Aaron just nod his head as they keep talking rather say as Gabriel keep talking to Aaron a maid rush in when she see Aaron she speedily go on her knees

" Your Majesty" he just nod and let and continue without interrupting her

" We can't find my lady in her room"

" Umh" Aaron show no reaction while Gabriel fly out

" What do you mean you can't find her, I see off to her room late night how can she disappear like that . Go look for her"

" Yes my lord" she stood up as she turn to leave she hear Aaron voice behind her

" No need" both Gabriel and the maid stare at him when he did not speak further she bow and leave them alone

" I know where she can be your Majesty, let me look for her" Gabriel offer when Aaron did not reply he explained further "

Since ell----- no since my lady come here she can't sleep in her room she often sleep in your room or in your --------" I he shut his mouth when he realize something and stare at Aaron

" Let have breakfast" he stood up and walk into the dinning room and Gabriel follow behind him and the maid serve them food when they are seated before they finished their breakfast they had Ella

" You selfish man, why are you eating without me" she saw Aaron and ran to Gabriel side

" Whose blood do you gave him" she whisper into Gabriel ear but Aaron still hear her

" not yours" he answer and check her out making her hold onto Gabriel more

" Gabriel! Please" the high priest come in time she ran to him and hide behind him

" Old man! Tell this man am your granddaughter so he won't touch me"

" When do you becomes my granddaughter moreover if my king want your blood is the least you can do to show gratitude for raising you all this year's

" Waaaaah" she start crying " Am sorry please do------nt don't want my blood Ella will be good" hearing her crying Aaron felt his heart is pierce into different shape and walk to the crying baby and coax her

" Shush, don't cry, am just pulling your legs" he carry her and put her on a seat " stop crying brownies are here for you and I don't want your blood no one will hurt you" he coax her like he use to when she was still a little baby

Hearing his promises Ella rib her head and her wet face on his chest and look up at him and think " wow my beautiful tear you don't disappoint me you fall so freely that you earn me brownies too good"

" Really! Really!!" her eyes shine under the dim light Aaron nod

" You wouldn't kill me and have my blood right" she asked

" Yes"

" you will give me brownies and cake, you promised right" Aaron can't stop smiling at her because she looks cute

" If you marry me" he ask at of nowhere the girl just nod " really Ella you will marry"

" you said you will buy brownie and cake for me, if you let me sleep in your room I will marry you"

" You promised you must not go back on your word and there are many witness here"

" Don't worry I don't break my promise they can testify" she point to Gabriel and the high priest, Gabriel quickly voice out

" Sorry I can't, there ae many promised you made but you never fulfill it" she hiss at him when she didn't get his support and murmured " old man support me" then face the high priest

The high priest just say him greetings to Aaron, Aaron asked him to join them the old man refused and leave the dinning room after he gave Ella her medicine

" I hate that old man always making me taste this bitter thing everyday" she look at Aaron with puppy eyes but the latter close his eyes and face elsewhere
