Chapter 215 - The action and its reaction

Aile had also seen a significant increase in his dark element cultivation after the dual cultivation. Reaching the second stage and overtaking the light element. Now he needs to increase his light element as well to keep up with the progress of the dark-element. He also needs to be more thorough in searching for a bloodline that would allow him past the second stage.

He did not want the light element to fail in controlling his desires. This meant that he needs to use his restoration light element more and also altruism. This way, they too will strengthen, allowing Aile better control.

He was not sure how to use altruism, and he did want to give up on his women or money. So he needed another thing to give up or do something without any selfish motive. In a sense, he is caring unselfishly for the welfare of his women, so that should be enough.

Just when he was lost in thought came Sophie's pouting voice, "Why did you decide to make mom the leader without asking us?"

"Are you unhappy about her being the leader?"

"No, but I do not like it that you did not ask or tell me about this before."

"Do you think anyone else can become a better leader?"

Aile's question stopped Sophie's weak resistance. To her, Emily was a good option, so she just pouted a little, and after a kiss, her new favourite activity, she was fine. After all, it was her mother, she would not do anything to stop her. Sara, too, did not care about it, she was satisfied with it. She had lived with Emily and knew her well enough. Over the years, she got along with her and knew that she was mostly impartial and did not interfere with people.

Sara knew that as long as she informs her of anything major, Emily would not interfere with her life. So Sara was only unhappy that no one asked her opinion, but she was satisfied with the result.

She knew that she would not be able to hold the responsibility of leadership, as she did not want to boss around Emily, Fiona and Hazel. All of them were important to her, and if a time comes when she had to deny their request, she would not be able to do that. So if she could not take the responsibility and someone she got along with got it, she had no qualms about it.

Therefore, she just hugged him and pouted. Aile kissed her and told her that they can go and buy some sweet snacks like before as a date, which she nodded with a happy smile after telling Aile that Sophie would too be coming.

Aile asked Sophie what she fancied, and she said that she wanted to train with him like before and he should help her with something later. The help she needed seemed to involve Sophie too. So they were going to keep each other company and spend more time together rather than a little alone. They both smiled happily, and after a passionate kiss, they were tempted to start another round of sensuality.

One hour later, the three of them dressed and contented arrived to eat breakfast. As Aile had awakened everyone earlier, they arrived in time to see Xue, Fiona and Emily waiting to eat as Anna was cooking for them cheerily.

With Aile's arrival into the hall, everyone's eyes were on him, and Sara and Sophie could not help but blush a little. Aile saw their gazes and decided to take this opportunity to make everyone aware of a few things. So he went and kissed Fiona, Emily and Xue on the lips as a greeting. Then kissed Anna on the cheek and held Sara and Sophie into his embrace as they sat to eat breakfast. This surprised everyone. They all thought that at least someone in the room was not his, so they were all acting reserved. Now they looked at each other in surprise. It also made them drop their guard between each other. Yet, there was a new sense of competitiveness, and they started to evaluate each other differently now.

Aile was first interrogated, Emily was surprised about Anna's involvement. He had only met her yesterday. After a quick questioning, they had food, followed by some more interrogation. Finally, Aile was told that today, he will not be going to visit the fort at the top of the mountain. He was then sent away with Anna as they decided to discuss about all of this.

Aile went outside, and Anna was meant to keep him company. Aile knew that Sara asked for this as she will talk about Anna's situation in there too, so the two of them were kicked out. After all, Sara was mostly responsible for her involvement, and she needed to take responsibility for her action. Of course, Aile will talk with Emily and Fiona about this too later, but first Sara will have to deal with it.

Plus, Aile had forgotten that now the harem needs to accept anyone joining in. So this would also be an evaluation of Xue to an extent. While it was not a problem with Xue joining, Anna's position will be questionable. Aile decided to pay more attention to the harem and knew that his action probably hurt Emily and Fiona now.

Nonetheless, he would worry about that later and prevent things like this from happening again, as his recent action would definitely bring the harem members' opinions about all of this, as they would not be content. After all, Emily and Fiona deserve more of his time. Yet now they had Xue and Anna unexpectedly appearing, reducing their time with him.

Nonetheless, his attention was brought back to Anna, who was walking very close to him. Aile extended his hand and brought the soft Anna into his embrace. She quickly ran away, "Master, sorry, I can not let others see us like that. If you want to be intimate..."

Aile understood her situation and knew that if she was caught being romantic with someone. Then all the other employees will also get a sort of silent approval that such behaviour is acceptable. Aile removed his hand from her waist, held her hand and went towards the roof. He knew that they could get some privacy there to just talk.
