Parents

Scylar sat back as we reached the Dorm; her grin was huge with Triumph, and I watched her for a moment. "I didn't expect that to go so well that they didn't ask about who the mystery father of my children is," I said into the room to break the silence.

Scylar turned to me with a grin. "It is better if they don't know or care for them," Scylar replied, "In fact, They want to keep it a secret as much as possible in case some father from the city comes out to claim them."

I raised an eyebrow, "Really, I am guessing that you are going to tell me the reason," I said without demanding an answer. I could see Scylars mood as she turned to me with a grin.

"Those elemental pools you endured ensured that they have more interest in your children than they will ever have for you." Scylar replied, "The fact that we have decided to ascend together in the future if we have the opportunity means that if we do, they will get to keep our children to themselves. You are a Void mage on top of that, making anything you leave behind useful research." Scylar grinned as she told me that. "The only logical thing to do was not only to give in to our asking but to increase what we wanted. In the future, once we have the kids and are born healthy, I guarantee that they will pull out more gold for us." Scylar told me. "Although there are not enough resources for us to work with, this business idea will help with that. We will at least have enough not to be bothered by our children when we need to go out for short periods of time." Scylar grinned as she finished again. I could see how happy she was, and I sat back.

Scylar suddenly frowned seconds later, though, "Shit!" Scylar stood and moved to the door. I could see her reach for the door and open it. I was surprised at Scylars sudden change in mood as she swung open the door, and a middle-aged man and woman stood there were ominous smiles on their face.

The women's smile reminded me a lot of Scylar as she said, "My beautiful daughter, It seems that things have changed while we were out." Her voice was lovely and spoke with a slight edge.

"Yes, mother," Scylar said, stepping back, and I realized that Scylars parents were here now. The meeting that we had been waiting for was here. "I have been busy; come meet my student and lover," Scylar said, her tone formal. "Father, Mother, meet Clarissa, A Void apprentice."

Both raised their eyebrows as they came into the small dorm room. "It seems that this is one very pregnant student." A deep voice came from her father. I looked at him more closely, and I saw him in a Yellow mage robe, but the feel he gave made me wonder about him. His face barely showed any age on him, but my instincts from dealing with people in my previous life told me this man was experienced and to be feared.

"Thank you?" I responded with a raised eyebrow. "I am carrying four babies inside me, so I suppose I would look very pregnant," I finished with a smile trying to be nice.

"So, A void mage, I haven't heard of one since some history textbooks," The brown-haired woman piped up, looking at me. "You are still in stage four, apprentice, for your age that is a little behind. I am surprised my little Jewel here isn't completely upset with your current progress. She hates weakness and only likes the strong." She said, and I raised an eyebrow.

"Who said she hasn't been harsh on me," I replied with a raised eyebrow, "Ask the training that she put me through later. I am sure it will raise an eyebrow." I responded, and her mother looked at her.

"Oh?" The question inside that simple word was something that surprised me. It seemed the Scylar had a mother that could at least understand her somewhat.

I watched, amused as Scylar glared at me. I already had a reward coming my way, and as long as the punishment I knew I just got myself wasn't too bad, I thought it was worth it. "I threw her in the elemental pools for two weeks straight with only a week break in between," Scylar admitted looking at me. The smile on her face made me shiver as it promised pain, and I couldn't wait. My cock hardened, and my pussy dripped with just a glance at that expression.

"Oh, Not bad, You seem to be still sane as well." Scylar's father commented, looking at me, and I turned to him.

"Well, To be fair, I almost did lose it. I don't know how I did it, but a Dorm roof lost a staring contest with me and disappeared." I said with a shrug.

Scylar's father raised an eyebrow looking at Scylar now, "The Elders must have been pleased." He commented. Then he looked down at my stomach, "Wait, Were you pregnant when you were thrown into the pools?" He questioned.

I nodded, "Yup," I simply replied, and his eyes widened.

"Wow, You are going to have some good kids then. The Elders must be all over themselves to see a pregnant woman going through the elemental pools." Scylar's mother joined in.

Scylar smiled, "They tried to act coy about it." Scylar jumped in, "In the end, they gave in to the demands we asked, and they will start building us a place for the kids soon. The only reason they are not giving us more is that they are waiting to see if the babies come out healthy." Scylar's triumphant smile grew.

"I am sure," Scylar's father said, looking at me. "Still, you left a note at our house that you wanted to talk about a business venture. I know that you wanted to do some type of business without relying on your mother or me. Then again, Wind mages are not the best in keeping beasts in the best shape. I still remember that hunt one a rainbow lynx." Her father shook his clearly thinking about it. "Thousands of gold wasted with the shape that you left the poor hide in. Then again," He stopped himself and shook his head, "Never mind."

Scylar shook her head, "You are right that to capture and kill beasts, it isn't as easy for me as it is for you and mother. Mother, I am surprised you are not in water mages robes today." Scylar commented at the end.

"Ah, We ran into a fire-lizard that seemed to have been pushed out of its territory while we were hunting. The little thing caught us off guard while we were in the middle of drowning a thunder lynx. It hit me directly with a fire breath before I had time to shield myself. Completely ruined my robes along with some minor burns." Scylar's mother pouted, "So embarrassing having to ask for new robes."

Scylar chuckled, and I could see her relax. Only to suddenly tense when her father said, "You know I am surprised you found someone who is willing to take your mean side."

"I love that part of her. She is perfectly cruel sometimes, and I love it." I said without restraint with a large grin, and both parents looked at me with weird expressions.

Scylar glared at me then coughed to regain her parent's attention. "Yes, We have a business we need a loan for, and worse comes to worst if it fails. I think we can work for the gold when she breaks through to Mage." Scylar continued, "Although we know little about Void mages, she can already open rifts, and with a proper investment, we can capture live beasts pretty easily." Scylar finished, and both her parents were nodding.

"Your backup plan is pretty hatched out and plausible. You know what makes us so flush with gold at the moment Jewel. But you remember what we told you." Scylar's father said looking at her making Scylar nod. "Good, Now tell us about your plan Jewel and you better have a good one otherwise you will not see a gold coin from us." Her father leaned back with a smile.

Scylar leaned back and started to talk about the business plan and I realized for the second time in a day I had to keep my mouth shut.

Fuck I am bored lately. Screw pregnancy. I think I am done with it.
