 While the king was discussing about some political matters,  one of the subordinates told the king that there is a new General in Asterin. As Mei was walking, she heard what the subordinate said. She quickly went to the hall and greeted her father. After greeting her father, they resumed the discussion about the new General in Asterin. After a long discussion, the subordinate revealed that the General's name was Luke Dankworth. Mei was astonished that Luke was appointed as the general of Asterin.


 After the king's subordinates left the royal hall, Mei asked her father a favor. The king asked "What is that favor?" Mei replied "Father I know you want me to get married with Liam. I will marry him in one condition." The king asked "In what condition?" Mei then said "I want our kingdom to declare war against Asterin." 


The king was surprised. He responded "Mei why do you want our kingdom to attack Asterin? I can wage war against them because they took one of our island, but if I do that, I will also need to fight with their alliance kingdom, Caspin." Mei said "Please father! I'll agree to wed Liam if you fulfill my request!" The king sighed and said "Fine my daughter, I'm not only doing this for you. It's also because it's beneficial to our kingdom. After all, we are the largest kingdom in the continent."
