The Man and the Waitress

My first book, I don’t know if there will be a second, but here’s one detail:



She stared at him with bright eyes. As though knowing what she was gonna do, he picked her up with one, muscular arm.



His hair was disheveled and his eyes looked happy.



As she stared at him, he stared back. They both felt as though they could have stayed there for centuries without moving.

Harry Jester and Jinny Ballaster were two opposites... they don’t know how their destinies collided, but they did, which makes this love-story better than all of my Elementary School projects.
